5 comments about Turbo Jam Punch Kick & Jam.
  1. Upon using this DVD for ths first time I felt compelled to write my own review of it. If you're new to Turbo Jam don't let the fast-pace and difficult moves get you down, you will master it. I've been doing the work-out for only three days and I feel so much better. I can feel my body changing and after all those years of being overweight and inactive I can't describe how wonderful it feels. I look forward to each new day because I know that I'm getting stronger by doing this work-out.
Any Turbo Jam newbies out there don't give up!

  2. I just finished my first workout with this DVD, and felt compelled to write a review on it immediately. I have been a loyal Turbo Jam advocate for five months now, and this DVD gave me the best workout I've had since beginning the program! I consider myself to be in pretty good shape, and this workout had me breathing heavily and sweating profusely throughout.

After trying nearly every DVD in the Turbo Jam collection - and absolutely loving every one of them - I finally got around to trying Punch, Kick & Jam. I am a big fan of the cardio workouts in the series, but at times I find myself wishing that Chalene would make the routines a little more athletic to assist with tone in conjunction with the shedding of pounds in the cardio. I got my wish with this DVD! There is a lot of repetition, but she explains how to execute the different punches and kicks with the correct form to help with tone. There is also very little time between routine sets, so there is less time to let your heart rate - and mental energy - drop. The cool down at the very end is all Capoeira, which was exciting since the moves haven't all been clearly demonstrated in the previous DVDs. Chalene is incredibly encouraging throughout the workout. My absolute favorite part is the strength training near the end with the resistance bands. Again, it helps with form and tone and you don't even have to put in a different Turbo Jam DVD! This workout may be a little overwhelming for the novice Turbo Jammer, but after a little practice and increase in stamina, I truly believe this will become one of your favorites, too!

  3. I consider myself an intermediate exerciser. I workout 6 days a week for 45 to 60 minutes doing primarily kickboxing routines. I regularly workout with Taebo, Jeanette Jenkins, and Kimberly Spreen. I have also taken Turbo Kickboxing classes at 24 Hour Fitness. All of those usually give me a really good workout. However, I didn't even break a sweat with Turbo Jam. I think it has a lot to do with the fact that there is very little kicking involved in the routine. It's mostly punching with a little dancing around. The Capoeira (sp) cooldown is nice. But I didn't really feel as though I needed to cooldown. To me it's a huge waste of money. I'm glad I didn't purchase the full set. BTW, IMHO, the music sucks.

  4. This dvd is absolutely fantastic! Don't be discouraged when you do it the first few times, as you may feel uncoordinated with the moves. By the third time you do it, you really feel like you have the workout down though. The workout is amazing. After a week of doing the dvd I could already see results. I recommend doing the dvd about 3 times a week at the very least to see results. I highly recommend this dvd. Not only is it a great workout, but fun as well! If you don't have a tubing rope for the end workout, you can use 1-3 pound weights for your arms, or your own resistance as well.

  5. I am back on Amazon looking for another Chalene Johnson workout because I LOVE Turbo Jam Punch, Kick and Jam. I worked out consistently on my home elliptical machine for 9 months and felt good as far as cardio, but I really didn't feel my body changing. For the last 2 weeks, I have been doing Turbo Jam (about 3 times/week) and I feel awesome! I feel so much stronger, and my husband even commented that I am looking great. I can't wait to see what happens when I continue with it.

One of the reviewers said it's not a strenuous workout, and I think what she did was just go through the motions. The really cool thing about this DVD is that you can wimp out a little bit if you're not feeling great, but when you put power behind your punches and kicks (which you will - the routine and Chalene give you massive amounts of energy), you sweat your butt off. If I do it too early in the morning, I sometimes catch myself wimping out like that, but the workout intensity is really up to you.

  1. I'm an experienced exerciser with good stamina. I like intense workouts, but I hate wasting time learning complex choreagraphy. This workout doesn't build complex aerobic combinations, it's more like bootcamp moves and kickboxing. It's easy to follow along and really got me sweating! (Although as an advanced exerciser, I need more than one segment to get a workout.) And I did it with very limited floor space! I highly recommend this one!

  2. I've done several other 10 minute Solutions Programs before and they continue to impress me!

I also have several Michelle Dozois programs as well and she's always great! She has a lot of energy which is very motivating and she's very good at demonstrating the various exercises. There were a few tricky combinations in one of the segments where I got confused but I just kept going, maybe next time I'll get them better. They are only 10 minute segments so there isn't always a tremendous amount of time for detailed demonstration but overall that wasn't an issue.

I actually got this particular program on VHS (it was too good a deal to justify NOT getting :)) and did the whole thing a few days ago and it was a sweat bath to say the least.

I'm an advanced exerciser who has been working out daily for the past 11 years and for most of the last 22 or so years and I always enjoy trying new types of programs. My main workouts are at home and using media (dvd/vhs) are a substantial part of my fitness programming.

This particular program has an excellent variety of cardio type programs from kickboxing to plyometric types moves as well as other creative cardio type of workouts including a bootcamp style segment.

I'd say it's definitely not for beginners, but would be more suitable for at least an intermediate exerciser. I would also say that if you have chronic knee or back problems the plyometric section is something that you should probably avoid unless you know your body well enough to modify safely. I have a left knee that is a bit touchy but I just lessen the impact by lowering the intensity as needed.

Though I did the program in it's entirety, that wasn't my original intention. I was only going to do 3 segments but I just kept figuring that "I can do ten more minutes" and before I knew it there was only one more to go so I figured "why not go ahead and finish" :) Still, in the future I can definitely see just doing 2 or 3 on any given day. That's the beauty of the 10 minute solutions approach ("Quick Fix" has many excellent programs as well based on the same premise).

Each routine is designed to stand alone for those short on time or to be combined in any order you like.

I really appreciate the versatility of the 10 minute solutions in general because you really can always find a way to get some solid fitness in.

    Highly recommended!

  3. I bought this dvd on a recommendation and I love it! The 10 minute work-outs make it easy to do 30 minutes or more without feeling like it! I live in a small one bedroom and I can do it all easily without limiting my movements! I've already lost inches and improved my asthma. A must have for those who lack motivation to exercise like me!

  4. This is a great workout!! I have tried MANY of them. This one will make you sweat and feel like you worked out harder than you did. The first time you might be a little confused but the second time is easier and kind of fun. Do them all for a great sweat and ache - which tells you its working.

  5. Great product. If you're new to the exercise world, it starts off fairly easy. You can go at your own pace. When you're ready, it's a great workout. Highly recommended.

  1. This is a well done martial arts flick.
    Heaps of action scenes.
One of Jean Claude Van Dammes best along with Bloodsport.
These two films put Van Damme on the map.
If you are into all action martial arts flick .
    This is for you.

  2. So, everyone knows that if you have seen one Jean Claude Van Damme film you have seen them all. So if you must pick, get this one. From pathetic dancing to crazy training, it's good for more then just one laugh. Oh yeah and of course you have some very good montages featured throughout the film. I also recommend Bloodsport as an equal. Enjoy!

  3. This has always been a favorite movie of mine. I was disappointed that I had picked a movie that was the wrong region. I put it in one DVD and it came up wrong region. Then I put it in another DVD player and beauty away it went. The picture quality was exellent. Like I said before one of my favourite Van Damme movies and there where no hic ups with the recording.
Thanks Amazon you came through for me again when I couldn't find it in the shops here in Australia.Kickboxer

  4. Excellent martial arts movies a bit corney but my girlfriend loved van damme body. guess i got my work cut out for me.

  5. On the heels of Bloodsport and the weird sci-fi flick Cyborg came Kickboxer. Here, Jean Claude Van Damne plays Kurt Sloane, the manager and younger brother of kickboxing champion Eric Sloane (played by real-life fighter Dennis Alexio).

While fighting a Thai fighter named Tong Po, Eric gets injured and Kurt vows revenge on him. To this end, he meets a former fighter named Xian Chow and falls in love with his niece Miley.

While much of the film is corny/cheesy but there are some funny parts too. The most funny (to me) is when Xian gets Kurt (Van Damne) drunk in a bar, has him dance (which is one of the funniest things that I have ever seen) and then fight some guys in that bar! Its priceless!

Also, some of the training made me cringe, especially when he made him kick the tree with his injured shin! My friends thought when he did get the tree down and fell to the ground, that was the funniest thing! Even I chuckled a bit because basically he was trying to show Xian he wasn't weak! That's what "machismo" will get you!

    Overall, not a bad film!

  1. 5 stars for entertainment...
    5 stars for inspiration...
    5 stars for enjoyment...
As a disabled martial artist inspiration for practice is essential- especially on those days when pain hinders practise. This movie fits the bill! It inspires me to do what I need to do even when things are difficult.
Too bad that 5 stars is the upper limit!

  2. Loved the movies action and morals. Winning means giving YOUR best, not for the recognition or glory but for your own strengths. They all are winners. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie!

  3. If you don't like to always see fake martial arts movies then 'the best of the best' is a good choice to see some real life like fighting techniques, as three of the Korean Martial arts contenders are actually real life champions. Not that violent so you can watc it with your family

  4. One of the most ridiculous, unrealistic martial arts movie ever made.
Just look attentively at Eric Robert's stance in the ring. And that idiotic cowboy hat that Chris Penn wearing and sobbing:"What are you counting them for?" after losing the breaking match. Yeah! This is as close to reality as it can be. And the crowd at the bar rooting for the American karate team? Give me a break! Phillip Rhee and the Korean team are the only people who make any sense as far as martial arts in this movie.
Best of the best? No! Worst of the worst!
You want real action? Watch ISKA Strike Force K1.

  5. I first saw this movie when it was a new release on video and loved it. I even purchased a copy of the movie second hand when the video store had a sale. but when the tape wore out and eventually no longer viewable i almost cried. Now i found the DVD on Amazon, All happy again. great fight scenes and even pulls on a few heart strings. Great Movie.

  1. This isn't a bad workout, really, but there are some things you should be aware of when considering whether or not to buy it. The biggest problem for me was all of the jumping around. It would be fine in a gym, but I live in an upstairs apartment and just can't make that much of a ruckus. So if you have the space and can take the high-impact, no problem. However, if you have bad knees or live upstairs, this workout is almost certainly not for you.

My other problem with this dvd was that the workouts were so diverse in nature, I just couldn't get into a rhythm with them. It would be wonderful for someone limited on time who just wants to do a section here and there when they can squeeze it in - it would make for great variety. However, if you're looking to do a longer workout in one segment, I found it very difficult to "switch gears" from one workout to the next.

This COULD be a good workout depending on your needs. For me, it ended up on ebay.

  2. Beautiful variety. you will do the 50 mins without even feeling it, because of the mixing that Denise has done from kickboxing to interval athletic training, aeirobics, dancing ... I just love it I do it every other day and I do the personal training and 10-5 min target DVD's on other days.
You have to do it cause you will enjoy every bit of it.

  3. This is the first time I buy a Denise Austin DVD and I am not dissapointed at all. I read tons of reviews before deciding to purchase but I am glad I ignored the personal comments about Denise; I actually like her. I believe she is a genuine and upbeat person. I love the kick boxing routine, it makes you pump your heart up... (and works your abs nicely!)If you are really out of shape you may find this one difficult but you can keep it up until you can master the moves; it really worth it! I was not very thrilled about the retro-aerobics dance routine and the latin moves since they require a lot more coordination than the first two routines. I still do these for a change, it just a matter of personal preference; it works out your entire body, no question! The music is not the best but works for the routines. Also it has the option of turning off Denise's instruction so you can only hear the music (I've read lots of people dislike her voice!). I truly recommend this DVD, I do these routines 4 times a week and the rest of the week I do "Hit the Spot" -Core and Abs-, also from Denise Austin.

  4. This is a good workout for burning fat. Although I have to admit its not for beginers. Denise is not very efficient when it comes to queing, as a result the movements change just when you're getting used to it. However each segment is designed to workout on different muscle groups, plus its good for the heart. I would recommend this dvd for intermediate level.

  5. I usually like Denise Austin tapes but this one is a waste of time. It's very difficult to memorize the dance steps and why bother. I just want aerobics, not all the fancy dance steps.

5 comments about Quickfix - Total Cardio Kick.
  1. The instructions on the video were very clearly explained and demonstrated. Overall, I thought it was a well done exercise video. I bought this to ease back into exercise after a minor back injury and knee injury from running. I have taken kickboxing aerobics classes in the past, and found this video fun but not challenging enough. I think it would be a great one for beginning exercisers, but if you are used to running or regular cardio workouts, you won't break a sweat.

  2. Don't buy this expecting real kickboxing instruction... not even close. But it is a fun and effective cardio workout.

There are 3 10- minute cardio/ lite toning workouts: one concentrating on the core, another for legs and hips, and another for arms. It also includes a 4th bonus 10- minute cardio kickboxing routine. You can do the whole DVD or choose your own combo.

This DVD is good for everyone. They are sure to include an instructor who demonstrates easier versions of the exercises throughout the workouts.

Once I did the routines a few times, I was ready to make it more challenging for myself. I now do the routines with my weighted gloves and ankle weights for extra resistance. I also double- time some of the punching drills. The routines keep my heart-rate up without exhausting me. That leaves me feeling ready to do some more intense toning with my other DVDs.

One of my favorite Toning DVDs:
TotalMix - The Complete Total Body Workout System Not really "Total" as it claims, because there is no cardio. But excellent for toning/ shaping. There are 9 different 10- minute routines. You can select the ones you want to do, and the order you want to do them in, before beginning.

    Another fun Kickboxing Workout DVD:
Kathy Smith - Kickboxing Workout This one offers quite a bit more technique instruction by a real kickboxing champion. He teaches proper form throughout the workout. The DVD has a main cardio/ toning workout, then offers additional concentrated toning segments. Do the whole thing, or choose your own workout. It's fun and keeps your heart- rate steady. Good sweating without over- exertion. Although you don't need any kickboxing experience to do this workout, I recommend you only try this DVD after you have been working out for a while. There are no alternative instructions for beginners, so you have to be in shape to keep up.

  3. I lost this DVD when I moved but it was defiantly one of my favorite workouts so I will need to buy it again. You can feel whatever part of your body that you are supposed to be working on, and the abs segment is particularly fun. The instructor never gets annoying either!!!

  4. I bought this workout based on the reviews and boy was it worth it. It's broken down into three segments: upper, lower, and abs- plus the bonus segment. She breaks the moves down step by step and provides modifications to the jumping jacks and kicks. Her choreography is no nonsense and is easy to pick up. I modified the jumping jacks by just marching in place (live in an upper floor apartment). The standing ab work is fantastic for those of us who hate doing floor work and you can really feel it by the time the segment is over. The fact that the gals didn't wear all black helped with seeing the leg work and I enjoyed that she just had two other women working out with her (hate the ones where they have like 6-8). This is perfect for a day where you don't feel like exercising but want to anyway. The countdown timer is helpful and encouraging. My only complaint is that the bonus workout is separate and she doesn't really provide a great warm up or cool down. Sometimes this may not get your heart rate up there, but it's worth the effort and is really fun! This is a keeper in my book. You can preview it at [...].

  5. I am a big fan of Janis Saffell. This program's play time is about 30 minutes and is perfect when I am too tired to work out for an hour. It has interesting moves and so much fun to do! The music is pumping and energizing, which is very important to motivate me. Highly recommended.

  1. This is what the good ole martial arts films were made of. This was one of the originators and definitely one of Van Dammes BEST movies to date. Original in concept and plot, it is based on a true story. Honor, Glory, and the Kumite. Nuff Said! Van Damme this is a good movie!

  2. Hello B fans, Sid the Elf is back to review Bloodsport. We mean this in the straightest way possible when we say that the most impressive thing in the movie was when Van Damme does the splits. No, actually, this film was wonderful. We picked it on the spur of the moment and it didn't disappoint. It had everything we could ask for. There was horrific acting from everybody involved. This even includes Forrest Whittiker from 35,622 buckets of fried chicken ago. You have Jean-Claude Van Damme in his first starring role and he hit this one out of the park on the first try. Although we're not quite sure why they chose a local special needs fry chef to play the young Frank Dux, but it was more than made up for when we heard the kid talk and saw him get kicked in the chest by the little Chineese kid. Then you had Ray Jackson, the big cross-eyed guy, who was nothing short of hillarious. Finally, there was the one, the only Chong-Li. Here you had a jacked, utterly insane Korean who instead of pounding hot dogs like Kobyashi, ate 34 egg white omelettes in 8 minutes while training for the Kumate. He just has a presence. When the screen showed his name opposite Ray Jackson's Sid the Elf froze. It was momentous.

Bloodsport is actually a true story-seriously. It is about Frank Dux, the only American to ever win the Kumate. When he was a kid, Dux was taken in and trained by his Asian master. In a hilarious sequence, we see Young Dux(sounds like a rapper doesn't it?)learning all the awesome tricks he would later unleash in competition. When his master is on his death bed, Dux goes AWOL from the military to see him. After his death, Dux decides to honor his master by entering the Kumate. So, he not only has to fight insane opponents, like the completely frightening Chon Li, in the Kumate, he also has to elude Military Police who know he's at the Kumate and want to bring him back home. What makes Bloodsport such an awesome guy's movie is that the majority of the movie revolves around either karate fighting or training to karate fight. There are just too many cool or funny happenings in the movie to recount them all. As we, Sid the Elf, like to do when there's just too much to go over, we'll break this one down Joe Bob style and let you use it as a guide when you watch Bloodsport. Here are the Drive-In totals:

    3 bricks broken, 1 with a head-butt

    1 compound leg fracture

    2 tazerings

1 skinny Forrest Whitiker falling off a boat

    1 partially nude Van Damme

1 pair of red bikini briefs worn by the Muscles from Brussels

1 Mr. Fuji style eye salting

    56 hilarious facial expressions

1 ref beating courtesy of Chong-Li

    1 homicide in the ring

32 crushed beer cans by Ray "ABC 123" Jackson

1 Van Damme Flock of Seagulls hair do

4 inappropriately placed romantic songs from the soundtrack...

    ...ALSO HE'S A NINJA!

Definitely 5 stars. Partially for the terribly done fighting scenes. I mean, most of those blows could be stopped by Cecila Dux, Frank's grandmother. Easy recipient of the Sid the Elf Seal of Approval. I have put all my knowledge into you. Watch Bloodsport!

  3. i orded a dvd from gohasting i wanted to return it n when i called them back to have my money refuned they refuse to give it back they will lie to u n take your money i dont recommend anyone to buy anything from them.

  4. I am perfectly aware there is no good acting of any kind and the fighting is sub par. This doesn't change my opinion for some reason. I can watch this movie again and again, more so that any modern day action film. When it comes on TBS or TNT I simply can't turn it off and 2 hours of my life go by. When I was a kid i used to watch this every weekend over my friends house on VHS. You simply can't beat a classic and anyone from the age of 19-30 knows they feel the same way I do.

  5. This is one cheesy movie that anyone can enjoy and wont ever forget.
It is so stupid, yet it comes off fun and hilarious to the point where if you even watch 10 mins of this movie you will see it to the end everytime. Even people who take movies seriously will enjoy this.

  1. Unfortunately, when I purchased the video, I was not aware that I needed to have a step. I don't so I haven't used it yet. However, I saw the video and I am certain I will love it.!

  2. I FOUND THIS PRODUCT TO HARD TO DO, BECAUSE IF YOU ARE NOT USE TO TRAINING THAT HARD YOU CAN INJURED YOURSELF. THE WARM UP ARE AS HARD AS THE REST OF THE ROUTINE AND YOU ALSO NEED A STEP TO DO A LOT OF THE ROUTINE. I LEARN THAT WHEN I SAW THE FIRST VIDEO AND NO, I DON'T HAVE A STEP. I COMES WITH 5 DIFFERENT ROUTINES SO IT IS GOOD FOR THE MONEY.

  3. This DVD set is terrific! I started using it in January and am still doing it 5 days a week. I've lost over 40 pounds using these videos. One word of caution, the exercises are not low impact. There is a lot of jumping, lunging and sqatting involved.

Each video is approximately 30 minutes. You WILL sweat the whole 30 minutes. Hand weights and an exercise step are needed for all except Cardio Kickbox.

  4. This workout collection is awesome! Each video is about 25 minutes long, but you end up sweating unreal all the way through. This was the best exercise series I've ever bought!

  5. I've been working out for a week, and I can see already changes in my body. I love the workouts and it only lasts 20 minutes. Its an excellent exercise but you should have some experience before trying to do this dvds. What I don't like about this dvds is that in each dvd there is only one workout. I would like to have about 3 to 5 classes per dvd. I really recomend people to try doing it beacuse its and awesome work.

  1. I am a huge fan of kickboxing and I was very excited to try this DVD out. However, it was nothing like what I expected. I do not consider it kickboxing at all. Furthermore, the moves are unnecessarily complicated. Some of them seem a bit dangerous even. It is a moderate workout, but not fun and certainly not kickboxing.

  2. This is a great video if you are pressed for time and need to warm up while you burn calories.

I have been a fan of Keli Roberts since she did the Cher workout tape years ago--she has been through all the ups and downs of the fitness industry and come out on top, and that's made me like her even more.

Keli is easy to follow; her set-ups for each move are really good, and unlike some instructors, she can actually count. I also like that she doesn't need a bevy of scantily clad beauties behind her in this video. It's cool to just follow her and not be distracted by three or four other women and frequent camera switches.

As for the workout itself, wow! The only kickboxing-type workouts I had done before this were Tae-Bo with Billy Blanks. While I do like Billy, I find his workouts have a number of flaws: He often doesn't do the same reps on each side; sometimes he gets the class on the up-beat instead of the down-beat, which messes me up; he doesn't do much in the way of warm-ups or technique instruction; and he doesn't give you much in the way of modifications, except to tell you to stop and march. So I was very happy to do these 5 workouts with Keli; she really gives you a chance to get the moves right, so if you're a kickboxing rookie, you aren't standing there completely lost (another problem I had with some of Billy's stuff).

If you're more intermediate, this is still a great workout, because you can pop it in and do all five, and the more you put into it, the more you get out of it. I still end up panting after the "Fat Burning Blast" section! As I have become more fit, I can make the movements bigger and more powerful/concentrated. So, I haven't gotten bored with it or conditioned myself above it. Definitely consider adding this workout to your rotation!

  3. If you would like to try kickboxing and or need a quick workout during the week, this is a good one. You will need some room and hand weights to do a good job. The routine is easy but gives you a workout!

  4. I have tried a few workout videos and this one is one of the best. I like the 10 minute segments because i convince myself to keep going only 10 more minutes. Keli Roberts (the instructor) is pleasant. She isn't cheesy and doesn't talk too much. Each segment is a fun and challenging. I only have two complaints: One, I would have liked to have more of a routine mixing up punches and kicks , and two, I avoid the Buns and Thighs segment because there are alot of squats and it is hard on my knees. I still miss the kickboxing class I used to take a the park district near where I used to live. I think I was spoiled with a fantastic instructor there and nothing else will quite compare.

  5. I am not an exercising expert, but I began with this video 3 years ago after my third child and found it to be intense! I worked out at least four or five days/wk and it took the weight off, kept me interested enough and taught me form and technique.
The instructer in it is not annoying (big factor for me- I want to feel like she is working, too!) and I tried Billy Blanks tonight, making it through more easily than this video. He is ok, but I am here, looking for a new Keli video as I don't find him intense enough after my 4th child and this video I have done enough to do it in my sleep! Keli is the way to go after 3 yrs of kickboxing videos (hey, you try to get to a gym with all of these munchkins :)
She gets the weight off and makes me feel strong.

  1. This Taebo DVD actually goes neck and neck with "Get Ripped Advanced" as far as intensity. It was non-stop moves. My heart was pumping so hard I could feel the rush of calories melting off. I did it for the first time last night and I did it again this morning! Wow! What a rush. I made it through the entire 90min. Even though he says you don't have to do this every day because it is very intense, i am going to do this first thing every morning. It's so much fun and you don't want to stop eventhough you feel your about to pass out - Billy gives you the motivation to keep going.

This was just the jolt I needed to get back into an intense cardio regime.

Billy just gets better and better.

  2. I would say I am in fairly average or slightly above average shape and this workout was not challenging in the least. The back of the package promises a "super intense workout" but does not deliver. Do not let the word "ultimate" scare you away from chosing this DVD for a regular workout--it is fairly entertaining. Just choose another DVD if you want a high-energy workout. Sorry I can't recommend another Tae Bo...although I am not new to kickboxing, I am new to Tae Bo, so you'll need to refer to other reviews for a better choice of DVDs.

  3. Awesome workout!!! It is long but easily broken into a one hour segment and a 1/2 hour segment. I often do them in these segments and if you wish you can do the whole 90 minutes.

  4. This video might be out of your league if you're a beginner. This video goes for an hour and 1/2 and I could only make it through 25 minutes. I am 26, exercise regularly and consider myself to be in moderate cardio shape. If you want a video to work up to, this is for you, otherwise, don't spend your money on this video until you are in great cardio shape.

  5. Good video. Although not as hard as Billy Blanks' Advanced Tae Bo, it gives you a good workout. My wife did not give it 5 stars, as she expected a harder workout than she got. But, overall, a good purchase.
