- Dragon Vinyasa is new and full of many interesting ideas with smart arrangement. I see yoga and martial art are perfectly combined with each other, which gives me stretch, strength and peace throughout the program. Highly recommand to all Yogi/Yogini.
- After watching the Dragon Vinyasa DVD I noticed it is a good yoga program and also an introduction to the martial arts. Knowing that some ancient martial arts as Kalarippayat have a strong connection with yoga, and curious about that link, I enjoyed performing the asanas and turning them into martial moves. As the complete performance entails daily improvement and step-by-step practice, I see it as a good way to training self-discipline, not mentioning the benefis of meditation.
- Be forewarned that these discs are dvd-r's -- and are not described as such on Amazon. They may or may not play in your dvd player. DVD-R's are also not as long-lasting. Usually, Amazon has an "NB" regarding DVD-R's but as yet has not done so.
