1. Choy Li Fut is a great Kung Fu style for working out. Let's face it; if you want to keep exercise interesting then you must have a variety of workout routines.
   
   This video actually has 2 versions of the form. The first version is primarily just the leg workout with a series of stance changes as you progress through the form while the hands remain on the hips. Great for a leg workout. The second version is more hands with lots of circular and straight line movements. This is great for a range of motion workout to keep the joints of the arms and shoulders healthy.
   
   Fighting applications are also demonstrated, for those of you more interested in defensive maneuvers. In some cases multiple defensive options are explained from just one posture.
   
   Grandmaster Doc Fai Wong and his son perform the applications and 1 form each. I found the movements easy to follow along with. The first part of the video is a brief history of Choy Li Fut with a chart of the origin (Shaolin) and lineage.

1. Hey, if you are a martial arts lover and can stand to see some really bad story-telling and half-a**ed instruction, then please buy this product. It is not an instructional DVD in how to fight most Choy-Li-Fut practioners; it basically is just telling the story of him and Bruce Lee and how he fought in old time Fuoshan; and then shows you how he did it (sort of). I am not saying his skill is bad; just his instruction.
