1. This knee support provides excellent support initially but it needs to be adjusted back to its original position every 15 minutes. The x-straps that go over the top of the patella seem to sewn to the brace incorrectly. The straps at the side are initally placed straight up and down, then must be bent at a 45 degree angle to create the X. Eventually the user loses that 45 degree angle and the necessary support. That arrangement doesn't make sense. This provides tremendous stability, however, when the brace is in its correct position. I would have given this brace 5 stars if the x-straps didn't slip so easily.
