1. first at looking at the sword I thought it was nothing special but since I have a sword collection i thought wat the heck and i bought it. Only when it arrived I saw that it was an awsome sword. The metal was shiny ans smooth(maybe a finger smudge here an there but you really cant see it). the scabbard was made of real leather and brass and the hilt too. It was a little heavy (5-9 pounds) but after practicing you get really used to it. hope this helped you buy or not buy it. :)
   *was missing the free knife though. but maybe the computer messed up the order



2. This sword is a really good deal. It's well crafted, pretty sharp, comes with a nice wood scabbard, and just looks really cool... oh, and it's not expensive! The only complaint I have is the text printed on the blade near the handle (marking the type of steel). The brass on the pommel and scabbard really lends itself well to that "old-viking" feel.
   
   Last comment: even though it's bladed and looks really well put together, I'm not sure it would be sturdy enough to actually deliver a blow. It may be, but I don't want to test it.
   
   Overall, I'd give this sword 4.5 out of 5.

4. this sword is amazing it is very well put together and arrived in good time.
   it is well balanced and is very good looking.
   however it is not sharp witch was a let down but other than that it was very nice.
   i would recomend this to anyone who wants a nice cheap sword.



5. This sword is for display only, as it is made of stainless steel with is brittle and breaks in blades over 12" in length. You shouldn't expect this sword to hold up any where but on your wall. How much cooler would it be to have a real carbon steel sword there instead.

1. The sword and scabbard in the picture have little in common with what I received. The scabbard is red with decorative pieces along the sides. I wouldn't mind so much if said pieces were not falling out. The part of the hilt that points out along the base of the blade is bent out of shape away from the blade. The gold colored pieces in the hilt are not fully inserted on one side, and bent in at the edges at the other. Usable as decor, but not so pretty close up.
   Do not recommend.
