  1. Excellent shin and instep pads. The shin pad is strong and durable and the instep pad is very flexible. These pads allow for free movement especially at the ankle and the instep pad doesn't hinder your movement, you can easily curl your toes back to hit with the ball of your foot, which most foot and instep pads don't let you do easily or sometimes not at all. These are also very easy to quickly put on and take off.

  2. These pads are amazing. I was very pleases when i received them in the mail. The material is very comfortable, Doesn't cause skin irritation on me and it doesn't hinder my movement in any way. Although it is somewhat set like a mold on the shin it is still very comfortable.
The only down side is that i was mislead about them being easy to slip in and out of. Putting them on Is very easy and the drawstrings are actually quite useful, but they do not come off easily or quickly. I am pleased with the seller and the product and i would advise MMA students these. I myself do Muay Thai and am very happy with them.

  3. They're pretty comfortable, and fit very snug. I've been doing a lot of kicks to a heavy bag, and the difference with and without these is obvious. I will agree with the other person who wrote a review who said they aren't the easiest thing to take off. They go on really easy though. I think it's a combination of sweat plus being out of breath and sore after a work out that makes taking them off a lot harder than getting them on. However, I can't imagine that other products which fit as snugly would be able to come off any easier.

Bottom line is I'd recommend these. Good value, and it saves your shins.

  4. A bit difficult to put on and take off, but that's the beauty of it, it does'nt move from where you place it. You can kick the wall and you barely feel it. Also try to check out there other items, really good quality.

  1. They were a perfect fit and have served their purpose well

  2. great fit I got size XL and they fit my big legs great. I cant wait to kick someone in the head with them on.

  3. This product is excellent. I like using it under my strap around shinpads for extra protection or I like using for grappling. Either way i love this product and it doesnt take up any space in your gym bag. The shipping of this product was very fast and i am happy with this product.

  1. The band that holds the foot came loose with the whole string after two minutes of light use, I didn't even had the chance to kick with it; I excepted better quality from Everlast; too bad
In addition, the bands that hold the chin are designed such that it is difficult to tighten this thing on your shin

  2. Good product. works as advertised, have not tired all brands hence only 4 stars but I an still walk after a hard work out :)

  3. Bought these last week and have now used it in Krav Maga sparring. Overall, they're pretty good. Note that these are not designed to be used with shoes. You can probably still wear shoes if you want, but then you can't use the bottom elastic strap; that may be why the first reviewer's broke (or maybe huge feet?). Plus, the shoe tongue makes them not fit so well. They were a little strange-feeling at first and definitely took some getting used to. Barefoot they seemed to rub a little, but were comfortable enough with socks. The protection is very good, with about an inch of stiff foam in the central parts of the shin and half an inch around that. One major issue is the sizes: I'm a 5'8", 170 lbs. man. At first I ordered the S/M and they seemed a little small, so I ordered the L/XL to compare. Both stopped below the knee, but I'm returning the small size. I think that smaller size may be only appropriate for people significantly less than 5'8". I agree the straps could be longer; but I have pretty muscular calves and was still able to make them work. Measurements: S/M: Shin is about 14" long, main pad is about 4" wide. L/XL: Shin is about 15" long, main pad is about 5" wide. Both sizes' foot parts are about 6" long and about 5" wide. The seam between the shin and foot has a lip on the inside that is a little annoying. The construction seems solid. I was a little unsure at first, but they've grown on me and overall, I'm satisfied.
