1. I bought this product about 2 months ago and it has worked perfectly. Don't waste your time on the $2 mouth guards. At first I was hesitant because I was doing some serious boxing with my friends and I wasn't sure if a mouth guard that was only for the top of my mouth would do the job efficiently. I was so very wrong, as the mouth guard positioned my jaw upright perfectly. ***** 5 stars for sure



2. If you are tired of paying to fix chipped teeth that your insurance does not cover, this is the product for you. My son has had numerous chips from wrestling and complained about wearing a mouth piece. He actually likes this one and even wears it while training. Fitting was easy and he can breath with it in. Highly recommended.

1. What more is there to say? I molded this baby to my mouth for a custom fit, and have used it on numerous occasions for boxing. I've been punched in the mouth a few times, and I still have my teeth, so I'd have to say that this works!



2. I have pretty big lips and this is my first double mouthpiece.
   
   It protected everything fine but my lips. After a sparing session in which I was punched directly in the face my lips were cut up and swollen from the inside due to it being pinched and pushed through the breathing hole. I don't know if I molded it wrong or double mouthpieces aren't my thing. I think I'm going to stick with a single for now.



3. Not exactly sure why there are so many good reviews about this mouth guard. For one, like one of the only previous bad reviews stated, it doesn't shape itself at all. This wasn't that big of a problem for me since it seemed to fit pretty well for what little amount it did form to fit my mouth. Anways, since I've never used a double mouth guard before I wanted to get used to it, so I decided not only to train with it on the mat and the ring (MMA of course), I also decided to run with it. This would help for me to get used to breathing with it. After about three weeks of use, the bottom guard started to get really flimsy...and actually tore on the inside. I'll be sticking with single mouth guards from now on.



4. Bought these for my daughter for karate sparring ... she has an oral herbst appliance and palate expander. A little modification to where she bites down and they fit perfectly while protecting her complete appliance.



5. Not only did it take me almost 30 minutes to get a sub par fit but training with it was really uncomfortable. Is very hard to breathe when using it.
   
   I did not recommend this product.

1. My son had a shock doctor mouth piece and was very uncomfortable so I bought him this one and he likes a a lot better, he does TKD so this works great for him, he is 8 years old.



2. I really like this particular mouth guard as it protects booth the top and bottom teeth. It also had a hole in the front which allows for easy breathing.

1. just got this from ups today on time i might add which was great. I immediatly formed it to fit my teeth and this product is fantastic great fit and protection, and was extremely easy to mould



2. I tried this one out and I'm surprised. I had to put mine in the water for a while longer than the directions say, and when it was done fitting the indentations in the guard didn't seem too deep so I didn't think it was going to work too well. But the fit is awesome and if you fit it with your jaw forward it does an AWESOME job of stabilizing the jaw. It does that without being all huge like you've got a big orange wedge sticking out the front of your mouth like some jaw-stabilizing mouthguards(that cost more). It's a good enough fit that you have to pop it off of your upper row of teeth, which is a characteristic of a dentist-made mouthguard. I'm thinking I'll play with these to see how to get the best fit out of them and then buy another one.
   
   With water from a coffeepot:
   
   120 seconds submerged
   30 seconds of fitting
   30 seconds under cool, LIGHT RUNNING tap water
   
   I'll try 150 seconds and see what happens.

1. This product works great. The only one on the market that I could find for my teenage son who wears braces. I tried some other brands that claimed to work but the channels weren't wide enough for his braces to fit down into. These worked perfectly and were a lot more cost effective than having an orthodonist make a custom fitted one. I recommend these for anyone who has a child wearing braces in a sport that requires a mouthguard.



2. This product was recieved in two days and has performed well for my son during the wrestling season. I would recommend this product for any sports minded child with breaces.



3. This mouthguard is designed for people whose teeth are practically in place already. I have a slight overbite, so the mouthguard was pretty uncomfortable. Also, The first time that I took the mouthguard out, it got caught on one of my brackets and hurt really bad when I managed to get it off. I'd recommend this for people who have metal braces (mine are ceramic), and whose teeth are almost all the way fixed...I.E...people who don't have overbites.

1. We recommend Piranha gear to all our friends involved in contact sports!
   This mouth guard is a great example of the great products they sell. The quality is good, and dh trimmed the ends, boiled it, bit down hard for a few minutes....and voila: a custom fitted mouth guard!



2. I bought this product because i am deployed to afghanistan and a few other soldiers and i started boxing and training in different things. This mouth guard lets you breath easily and fits perfectly in your mouth. The air up here in the mountains is thin and with this mouth guard u get more of a cardio workout when you have it in. It is a real good product and i am recommending others to buy it.



3. The LoPro Pus is a recommended style of mouth guard for our boys. Brain safety is our priority and this product adds to that protection. I recommend this brand over the normal just protect the teeth guard.



4. I really like this mouth guard. It is very comfortable to wear for long periods of time, and is not overly bulky while still offering excellent protection. The molding process is very easy and came out perfect. I much prefer this LoPro style to the full size for light to medium sparring for the combo of protection and comfort. One last thing, Piranha Gear customer service is the best! Fast shipping and good personal communication. I would recommend them to anybody.



5. The Brain Pad LoPro Mouth Guard is a easy to fit and comfortable once sized correctly. We bought 3 of these since my teens and I have taken up TaeKwonDo and do contact sparring.
   
   The fitting process is a little tricky since we had to cut two of them down to fit in my kid's mouths, but it was well documented in the instructions. Next came boiling the guards and fitting the in our mouths while they were still warm. This was good for my son and I, but my daughter has very sensitive teeth and this caused her some discomfort.
   
   Once in, these allow a lot of air flow which is great when sparring!

1. Great product and service. My 8 year old son actually uses this mouthguard. All the other mouth guards would not be used and would just dangle from his helmet while he played ice hockey.

1. Great for if you want to just hang this in the inside strap of you gym bag so it does not get lost in all the stuff in there.



2. this product is very good. i did not know it had a whole in the botton for the mouth guard strap. my mouth guard has no strap so this is kind of pointless since dirt can still get in when in my bag. i put some tape over it and it works just fine. other than the whole the product is very good.



3. Pretty comfortable to transport any mouthguard, while keeping it clean and aerated, so you don't have to worry much that it may stink.



4. Love the fact you can attach this case to your gym bag strap, this is the main reason I bought it. I had a regular case but it was always a pain to be feeling around my gym bag trough all my MMA/BJJ gear to find my mouthguard.
   I like the fact it has a vent so it gives the mouthguard a chance to dry after you store it.



5. I would say that this case does what it is supposed to do - it keeps your guard clean and gives plenty of ventilation. However, I docked it a star because the plastic seems a bit cheap. Not bad for the price though (I only paid $6).
