1. The backing seems to be waterproof as advertised. The padding is almost non-existent, and it feels flimsy overall. Definitely overpriced.



2. I've used this mat several times now, and though it's not very padded it's easily more comfortable than an ordinary blanket or towel. I've used it on inclines and it doesn't slide. It's easy to transport due to the handle and strap. I haven't tried it on wet ground so I can't comment on how waterproof it is, but it's made to fold in a way such that whatever it was on (dirt, etc) won't get on the side you sit on.



3. OK, It is relatively thin but if it were any thicker it wouldn't be portable. We bought one for everyone in our family and people come up to us and ask where we got it. Doesn't get wet and sand comes out easily. Highly reccommend.

1. I was not happy with this product, it was too thin and long for a 3-5 year old child. It had no cushion what so ever, but the material and fabric were alright but it gave no cushion or thickness, and when you ordered it, it didn't show that either
