1. My daughter gets physical therapy and this mat is great..It's well made, very durable, and cleans easily. I would personally like it to be a little stiffer as the foam can compress to the floor when I'm putting my weight on my knees, but it's still a great mat.

1. As another reviewer mentioned, it sheds. After only a few uses, it began to crumble on me and the studio floor. Each time I finish I have to lint brush myself to get the green bits off. I now leave it at a studio I use once a week, and use it upside down so I don't go through the class with eco mat stuck to my forehead. Try another brand. I'm sure there's a great eco mat out there.



2. I practice daily and have used this mat for over 1 year. I love it! It offers the feeling of a natural ground texture. Very earthy. Makes me feel grounded. And it has the combination of the rubber that stabilizes and softens at the same time.

   When you consider what kind of exercises most people need to do most often, this package includes all the necessary equipment to get you started. Not only that but these are basically the same tools an advanced athlete uses to do all major components of a core, yoga or pilates training set.
   
   I was very impressed with the delivery speed, as well as the quality of the product itself. I would definitely recommend this product to someone looking to build a lean home gym, and also to someone looking to advance to the next level of personal training routine.

1. I've baked sourdough and pizza and such on baking stones for ages. I use thin liners or parchment paper to help slide the loaves off the peel and onto the stone, but don't like the sweaty bottom crust they sometimes produce.
   
   This liner has very small perforations. When I use it over the stone I get absolute terrific bottom crusts, with those little crunch tiny dimples that you see on some storebought loaves.
   
   If this sounds good to you, try this thing. Costs only as much as a few rolls of parchment, and improves your bottom crust without having to open the oven and pull out the parchment once the loaves have set.
   
   Only gripe is that I wish it were a little larger.
