1. I've owned this mat for a couple of years and really love it. I practice Bikram sevearal times a week and use this mat over a jute mat. It stays in place, absorbs the sweat and does does great in the washer. Fellow yogi's and yoga instructors always comment on it and appreciate the fact that it's longer, wider and thicker than yogitoes.
   
   I just placed an order for another from Amzaon...this is a GREAT price!



2. I just tried out my Tolas yoga mat and I love this one. I own several different mats and this is by far the best one. Great for hot yoga. Absorbs the sweat, and this mat is so comfortable. I am going to order another one.

1. The AbMat is one the preferred ab tools by those who follow the CrossFit method of training.
   
   I use the ABMat in my own workouts and also with my clients. It's very convenient in that it is small and portable,compared to a stability ball that takes up quite a bit of room.
   
   You can "hit" all angles of your abs...upper, lower, and sides.
   
   Don't expect any "fat-loss" miracles, but this is a solid product that will produce results.
   
   The only reason that I don't give it 5 stars is that it seems a little expensive for what it is.,

1. I love this mat. Provides great, though it's soft and comfortable enough to sleep on! I'll probably take it with me when I go camping.



2. This mat is comfortably thick and reasonably durable. I purchased it at a discount store and used it for about a year for home yoga practice. It held up fine. But I could never use it for any vigorous practice. It completely lacks the stickiness that you find on a good yoga mat, even after long-term use. If you do any power yoga or any form of yoga that will make you sweat, you cannot count on this mat to do anything keep your hands and feet in place. For yoga, you'd be better off finding a thick mat with stickiness - these can be expensive - or just purchase two 1/8 inch mats and use them on top of one another.

1. this Zabuton meditation cushion is just right...not too thick so your knees could still hang over edge and hit ground comfortably while giving good stability....not too thin...so comfortable without knowing a floor is underneath the cushion. Removable cover is convenient, esp. if you have a dog that likes to share.
