1. I live on the 3rd floor of an apartement building and have wooden floors. I wanted a mat, to save my floors as well as muffle up the sounds and vibrations, so I can feel free to use my treadmill at any hour. This mat may be fine for my floors, as any other mat would be, but it doesn't muffle any sounds. I listened from a floor below, and the sounds are as bad as before.

1. The More Yoga game is great, you can play it with a group of people or solo. Also the cards demonstrate the yoga poses very nicely. Good fun!



2. i bought this game The More Yoga Game so I could use the cards to review what I'd done in class while I was on vacation. My granddaughters just LOVED it and wanted to play it every day! One of them (age 14) even begged her mother to get a copy for her for her birthday. Needless to say, grandma was glad to oblige. I've now bought her more yoga related items for Christmas.



3. The great thing about this game is that the recipient can use it as a game, for a fun family activity or a quiet stretch. One of my recipients has a 2 young kids, she uses the game to have a stretch, while the kids mimic the poses... the names are also fun for them to try to pronounce! They then love showing off their moves to whomever. I also have one of the more yoga shirts. They are great quality and they are very practical tops ie. they wear well, they go in the dryer and they are cotton.

1. I have been a yoga practitioner for six years with time on various types of mats. What was great about this mat is the extra cushioning. When it is time for down dogs or corpse pose, this mat is gentler on the hands and bones than thinner ones.



2. I loved the thickness of this mat. I was very nice and cushiony, which was great for my hard wood floors. BUT...the first time I used it my feet started to sweat a little bit and I couldn't get any traction. The foam material is not as sticky as rubber mats that I've used in yoga classes before. I returned the item for this reason....because isn't the purpose of a yoga mat to keep you from sliding around on the floor?
