  1. Best price you'll find, and I'm very happy with this purchase. Mats fit perfectly together, however I only received 12 end pieces. I don't understand why but I really don't need them for the space I'm using...

  2. Cheaply made, I would have spent more to get a better product. They are junk but I am using them in the meantime

  3. I have a bunch of these in my basement in the area I work out. They do fit snugly together and make for a nicer surface than working out on cement. These are not rubber, but they are some kind of rubbery foam. They handle quite a bit of abuse, but, they will dent or tear. I moved my weight tree, and there were indentations left, like furniture on a carpet. I did drop a 35lb dumbbell from about 4' and it left a "cut" in one of the tiles. But its still usable. In the end, these are a reasonable cost solution for home gym flooring.

  4. This floor mat is great. It does the job for me. I would have given it 5 stars but, it slides. With the help of a no-slide layer underneath, this product rocks. I'd recommend it!

  1. Does exactly what it supposed to do. Support your bike and trainer, but be prepared to weight down the entire mat because it has a tendency to roll back up on it is own.

  1. Very good product. Using it on dry clay for 30 minutes each day using short irons only and after three weeks it is showing no sign of wear.

  2. This is well worth the money, it has a thick padded base which does grips the ground well. Also the green fibers are strong, does not come of with every stroke. Using it for last 1 month and it still looks brand new.

  1. Okay, so I admit I bought this in my latest attempt to get back in shape without actually doing the work. I'm great with the research part of working out. Its the execution that seems to be an issue.

I can tell you it's not as easy as it looks.. but even as a novice I would HIGHLY recommend this brand which is sturdy, well made, and comes with more than enough informational material to get you started.

  2. This made in the USA Needak Rebounder is the real deal. Comes with a book and DVD. The DVD is fascinating! You will learn much by watching it closely. If you are out of shape like me take it easy at first. If you overdo the bouncing too soon your lymphatic system will dump too many toxins all at once into your system and you will feel bad the next day.
This is absolutely the best way to exercise!

  3. The product is very durable. At first, I couldn't decide if I should buy folding or non-folding and finally bought the non-folding model. I am glad that I went with non-folding, because I cannot see myself carrying this rebounder on trips since it is quite big. Nonetheless, I love it. I wish they included some sort of training/exercise CD rather than a book.

  4. Bought a cheap one, couldn't use it, it was such a hard surface to bounce on, ending up putting out in the trash pickup then saw this and decided to give it a try! You can really tell the difference and this will defintely be used, my little boy even noticed the tag "Made in the USA" and said that's why it's better than the cheap one.

  5. Works as intended and built to last. Book and video included is a very nice touch! Looking forward to doing business with them again. They have my recommendation!!

  1. I bought this mat for both Yoga and Pilates. I wanted the extra thickness/cushion for floor exercises. I have used the mat for 30-days, and can say I am very pleased with the quality construction and performance of the mat for both types of activities. The closed-cell anti-microbial Durafoam feature is worth the money. The removeble strap is included, making this a good value. There is a slight odor to the mat, but only noticeable when lying face down on the mat. One suggestion for the manufacturer to consider is to use a slightly higher quality fabric for the strap. The strap leaves dents in the mat and, over time, may cause the mat to "chip". Other than that, I would buy again.

  1. I'm reasonably flexible, but I'm also.. Hmm, how you say? Festively plump? And whether its lack of flexibility or festive plumpness, sometimes I just can't reach and that's what these things are for.

The strap is comfortable to use. It's nice and wide, a thinner strap would probably hurt after a bit because there's less surface area to disperse the stress over. It's soft, flexible, very sturdy, and I didn't have to make it myself.

I suppose I could have, but if you can drop this in with a larger order and get free shipping then I don't think you would really save much money if you went to your local fabric shop to get the various parts to assemble one of your own.

  1. I tried the gloves on wood floor, ceramic tile and carpet. My hands slid on the wood and ceramic floor, but did not slip on carpet. With gloves off, my hands usually slip on carpet. Convenient for travel. Also costs less than yoga paws, plus you get a DVD and quick reference cards. I have not tried yoga paws, but I read from other reviews that the hands and feet can slip out. The gloves from Yoga on the Go Deluxe have individual finger and toe openings, so hands and feet don't slip out.

  2. The gloves and footies don't really provide slip provention. I tried it on carpet and tile. For standing poses they are fine but downdog does not work as my hands just slid. The cards and dvd are nice though.

  3. i was surprised that gaiam would associate itself with this product. not only do they sell it on their own website, but their logo is all over the products.

equally surprising is how flimsy and poorly made these products are. if you need an analogous concept and execution think about those cheap gardening gloves with the little dots of hard rubber on them that you can buy at a drug store. the only difference is that the gardening gloves have better padding and will probably last longer.

i slipped while in down dog (mostly my hands) and in the warrior poses (especially my back leg). i also found that because there is no padding my hands and feet hurt due to the pressure of the dots.

i'd send them back but i'd lose more money on that.

i will probably buy yoga paws now...

  1. I was very happy with every aspect of their product, great descriptions, good promotions and sales, and friendly customer service. I wrote to the site to thank them - something I rarely do because I expect good service - but they went above and beyond. They wrote me back quickly thanking me for the letter and my order and telling me that every order is treated as special and they welcomed my business again.

They will get it. Not only do they have a huge variety of items, many of which I am interested in, but they have fair prices, good sales, and great, friendly customer service.

I am going with a rare 5 stars for this company. There is very little to complain about especially when everything went so smoothly before, during, and after the transaction.

  2. I was given this Body Trends Sticky Yoga Mat as a gift. Were they trying to tell me something?? Anyway, I'm not much for exercising but I do do alot of camping out. This mat is fantastic! The ol' man and me both have them now. They don't take up any room in the back of my truck so we think they're just the best.
I suppose you could use them for yoga, but why would you want to?

  1. This is Therm-a-Rest's thickest sleeping pad. It's soft, too. I've used it many times during cold weather camping, and I've never felt the coldness of the ground. It works very well in that regard, and it's comfortable. It's a great mat if you are camping for the weekend with a car or don't have any weight restrictions, but if you are backpacking, this is probably going to be too bulky. For casual camping, though, especially in cold weather, this is a wonderful sleeping pad.

  2. The insulation value for this sleeping pad, although considerable less than self inflating pads, is sufficient for most situations. With a little creativity and resourcefulness I have found that you can extend the usual temperature range of this pad. In areas with pine bows in winter or dry leaves as well during the fall or spring you can place these generously below your tent to increase insulation between you and the cold ground. To increase the warmth of your sleeping bag, fill it with all the clothes you are packing and use straps from your bag to tighten off corners; anything to reduce the amount of air that your body has to heat. I am a firm believer that 3-season bags can work in many winter conditions. Using these concepts, my girl friend and I were able to stay warm on nights well below freezing with two of these pads and two mated summer rectangular sleeping bags.

  3. This thing works very well reflecting my body heat. I can feel the warmth just sitting on it. It is however a bit hard for my likings as a side sleeper. I woke up with a bit of a stiff shoulders first night. But I got used to it the second night.

  4. Of the five sleeping foampads which I have owned over the last 22 years, ridge rests are the only ones I still use to sleep on. Ridge rest mats are my all-time favorites.
Ridge rest mats are still usable after being punctured, unlike the seven airmats I've owned over the years.
Ridge rests shed dirt, even motoroil doesn't stick to them, they dry quickly, they don't hold water, they are light enough, they float, and they can be used as an emergency shelter during a hail storm.
As a wilderness guide I know that a good knife is very important for wilderness survival.
But I also hope to never be without a towel, twine, and a ridge rest foam pad, for my wilderness comfort.

  5. I tent camped for 7 days using this pad for the first time. I was terribly disappointed with the lack of comfort afforded by this pad. It offered little protection from the hard ground. I regret purchasing it. I should have bought a self-inflatable instead.
