1. Its your basic yoga mat. The thickness is fine and I have had no problems with workmanship. I do have two complaints. Firstly, its a short mat. The mat is just about 67 inches or 170 cm long. If you're taller, you need a longer mat. My second complaint is that during yoga class, when I sweat the mat becomes slippery. For both these reasons I'm lookin for another one. This mat wins on price.



2. This is my first own mat.
   I don't know about other mats but for the price and the quality, this is a good item to buy.

1. Bought these blocks for working out with my P90X dvds...wanted black blocks to match my other "black" weights and bar. These blocks came as 2 in a set, cheaper than one block in the fitness stores... and they're great! P90x rocks and so do these matching blocks!!
   By the way, yoga seems to me to be the most challenging exercise routine in the workout and these blocks help to maintain my balance and posture. Highly recommend them as an addition to any yoga workout!

1. This mat is so well made and so easy to use, that with my extra-long, extra-thick mat I would have paid full price if I'd had to (great price through Amazon). The color choices were great - but really won't matter if you've been looking for a well-designed solution to carrying around a big thick mat.
