  1. Best price you'll find, and I'm very happy with this purchase. Mats fit perfectly together, however I only received 12 end pieces. I don't understand why but I really don't need them for the space I'm using...

  2. Cheaply made, I would have spent more to get a better product. They are junk but I am using them in the meantime

  1. Very good product. Using it on dry clay for 30 minutes each day using short irons only and after three weeks it is showing no sign of wear.

  1. The Yoga mat bag is great. The quality is good and such a nice color. They're delivery was efficient so I'm a very happy customer !

  2. I emailed to let them know I hadn't received the item and they responded right away to tell me it wasn't shipped and issued a prompt credit to my credit card. Great customer service and will gladly do business with this company again.

  3. I really like this bag! The color combo is so pretty, and the embroidery looks great! I am keeping a 1/4" Hugger Mugger mat in it and an eye bag in the pocket. The fit is a bit tight, but everything's in there. A 1/8" mat would be a perfect fit!

  4. The Yoga Mat Bag is nice, but it's very difficult to get a sticky yoga mat down into this bag.

  5. This so far is my favorite mat of all and honestly I was just a little afraid that I would be constantly fighting with it to get it back in the bag but NOPE, it goes back in just as easily as it came out.

  1. I've been using my Kurt Kinetic Road Machine for about a week now and have found it very helpful in maintaining and increasing my fitness during the rainy season in the Pacific Northwest. Setup was very easy and straightforward (once I was able to free up the axle nut on the left side, which seemed to be jammed at first. I just had to be persistent in twisting hard until it loosened up). I was up and pedaling within 10 minutes of opening the box. I don't have any experience with other trainers so I was expecting a greater degree of "progressive resistance" in the fluid trainer than I am experiencing, but I have no basis for comparison since I have never used any other kind of trainer. The unit is realtively quiet and very smooth. I also appreciated the "Spinervals" DVD that came with it. Very helpful. I would definitely recommend this product.

  2. I picked up the KK fluid atrainer after doing the requisite web research and after several weeks of use I am very pleased with my purchase. The trainer is compact, stable, easy to setup, well made, reasonably quiet, doesn't get too hot when riding at 19+mph for 60+ minutes and allows the bike to attach/detach quickly. The riser for the front wheel is useful for added stability, comfort, and reduced floor wear.

The experience is very similar to riding on the road (the trainer is way less fun of course) and gives a very good workout. I also have the Garmin Forerunner 305 with quick release mount which is works well with the optional wireless cadence/speed meter and wireless heart rate monitor. The Forerunner 305 is great on the road as well and is also useful for other activities such as running and cross country skiing.

Make sure to release the pressure on the rear wheel after each training interval to minimize taking the rear wheel out of true. Also apply only as much pressure as needed to the rear wheel to provide traction without slipping (no more than the manufacturer's recommended two complete turns on the tightening wheel).Garmin Forerunner 305 Wrist-Mounted GPS Fitness Computer with Heart Rate MonitorGarmin GSC 10 Speed Cadence Sensor for Edge and Forerunner Series (010-10644-00)

  1. Because I have a small house I need to keep my weight bench and weights on the back patio under an awning. I had been looking for a mat that was not only strong enough to handle the vibrations but also one that wouldn't deteriorate with the occasional rain. I purchased both the 2x3 and 4x6 mats and they have worked out nicely. The mat absorbs the vibrations and the small raised surface on the bottom side allows rain water to go under the mat. All in all it works pretty well.

5 comments about GoFit Ultimate Burst Resistant Core Stability Ball with Workout DVD (55 cm).
  1. I purchased 2 GoFit Ultimate Burst Resistant Core Stability Balls w/DVD (orange 55cm and purple 65cm)over a year ago from Amazon (on sale). The ball is a very durable, good quality ball (no foul smells or sticky surfaces like some other stability balls). I haven't had any problems with the ball in over a year of constant use. I have had to occasionally add air to keep the ball at the appropriate size (but nothing out of the ordinary).

This package comes with the ball, pump and workout DVD. I didn't even attempt to use the cheap manual pump included, but opted to use my husband's automatic pump, which quickly and easily inflated the ball to the desired size without any effort. The workout DVD is that in name only. It has some good exercise ideas, but if you are looking for a stability ball workout, you will probably want to buy a separate "true" stability ball workout DVD. Also, if you ever need an extra plug, you can buy them directly from the manufacturer at GoFit.net.

    As a side note ...

When determining what size stability ball to purchase, leg length (not height) is what ultimately dictates the size ball you need. If you know you have shorter or longer legs for your height, then you may need to get a smaller or larger ball than the standard height charts for stability balls.

For those of you who are unsure of how much to inflate your stability ball, here are some helpful guidelines taken from the fitnesource site ... On a wall, measure 55cm, 65cm or 75cm (depending on the ball size you have) from the floor and mark it with a pencil. Then inflate the ball until it feels/looks "full", but is not hard and still has a little bit of give in it when you press on it. Put the ball close to the mark you made on the wall and then place a ruler on top of the ball so that it touches the top of the ball and the mark on the wall. This will tell you how close you are to the maximum inflation for your ball size. If this is the first time you are inflating the ball, while it might seem full, it might still measure small. If this happens, give the ball a day to "stretch out" and then add some additional air, if needed. If you don't want to do all that, they also sell tape measures specifically for measuring the diameter of stability balls. Just keep in mind, that when you sit on the ball with your feet flat on the ground and knees bent, your knees should be level with or slightly lower than your hips (a 90 degree angle).

  2. I purchased both a 55cm and a 65cm Go Fit Ultimate Burst Resistant Core Stability Ball for personal use. So far I am very dissapointed with it as they lose air and are not round. You try to roll them and they are very lopsided. Would not purchase this brand again. Very disappointed with it.

  3. I ordered this after reading about balls that "burst" and cause injuries. So far it works great. It is colorful, (ok really bright) but it is in the basement, so no one sees it really.... The kids love to play with it also.

  4. Well, I bought several different sizes of these balls, as I wanted my 3 sons to build a bit of their "Core" muscles, while sitting all day long doing their schoolwork (I home educate them, & wanted them to have a bit more exercise) Well they absolutely LOVED them, so much that they wanted to take them outside when they do homework in nice weather (we have a wrap around porch) while "somehow" (hmmmm... I wonder) the youngest's ball ended up in the rose bushes, yep, punctured it in a blink!!
So after a LONG lecture & threats of him actually PAYING with his OWN $$ for another ball, I reordered & they all again, have their own ball to sit on (They love them & Dad, "borrows" them to use as a "footrest" (after a hard day on his feet, they are so soft on the heels & comfy!)
I HIGHLY recommend these balls, they have had them for a year now, use them DAILY & NO PROBLEMS!! And did I say theu are being used by 3 BOYS ages 9, 12 & 15!! That is saying QUITE a bit as to their durability!

  5. I'm very pleased with my purchase of the GoFit workout ball. I have to admit that blowing up balls and balloons scare me but this is a really strong material and it blew up (Not as in "Kaboom") easily. Once I got used to the air in it, I even got brave enough to add more. It's great!

  1. This was one of the best personal well-being investments I've ever made. I try to use it every night just before bed, and it really does help me sleep like a baby. Have had chronic neck and shoulder/trapezius stiffness and tightness for years, which have pretty much subsided ever since I started using this nifty little device.

Love that it comes fully assembled, you just take it out of the box and unfold it...ta da! Nice solid build quality---I guess the manufacturer/distributor didn't want anyone to sue them, lol.

Am recommending this for all my friends and family. Unless you're 5 or 10 years old, doing a normal headstand, even with a wall supporting you, is much much harder. I was able to progress from 30 seconds at a time to 5 minutes at a time within a week (use a cooking countdown timer), and hope to work up to the maximum recommended inversion time of 12 minutes within the end of the month.

btw, you can get this same bench for twenty five bucks plus ten bucks ground shipping at gadgetuniverse dot com.

  2. I love this product. I have always been afraid to try too many inversions but this product allows me to have the benefit of the inverted poses and still feel very safe.
I am also a Yoga teacher and my students are benefiting from this as well. My Yoga room is mostly mirrored so we don't have much wall space to practice inversions. With this, we don't need it.

  1. This product is even better than it appears in the description or in the picture. It is absolutely perfect with features I wasn't even anticipating (e.g., hooks, a separate, smaller, compartment inside that has handles for grabbing a few toys to go - or having a place to put a small number of things for a different zone of the house). It is well made and my daughter loves the colors and design. I highly recommend this.

  2. I like this toy chest. It holds all of baby's toys and is soft-sided so that she won't hurt herself if she falls into it or around it while she is rummaging for toys.

  3. I picked this storage box up after exhausting myself trying to find an easy to maneuver and safe toy box for my toddler's toys without spending a fortune (canvas bins, baskets with liners, etc.). It is not an heirloom wooden toy box, but really serves the purpose and looks better in our living room than a rubbermaid bin or a series of open top baskets. It is roomy, has a soft lid that you can either use closed or tuck behind. The sides have mesh pockets for books and the tote bag fits into one side (after putting in divider). The sides and divider that velcros inside to divide into 2 sections would probably bend if the baby smashed into them, stood on them, etc., but the plus side for me is that she cannot turn it into a stepladder because it is somewhat pliable. For the price, it cannot be beat and provides good temporary toy storage.

  4. I wish I hadn't ordered this online -- too much of a hassle to send back -- however the chemical smell is so strong after airing it out for two weeks that I don't want to put my baby's toys in it.

  5. This is a good box but it smelled a little when we opened it. It is a good size and holds a lot.
