1. Good sword for practice and display. Not sharp though, blade is cool and wobbily! Makes a nice ring when you flick the blade next to your ear. My only issue with this was that the handle was a little loose, just needed to be retightened and now it's perfectly fine.

3. I was searching for a practice tai chi sword, and after trying a lot of sword i did not like i found this one. It is well balanced, rigid stainless steel, which makes its ideal for tai chi straight sword exercises, and it is a beautiful sword making it practical for demonstrations and competitions. The handle was a bit loose, but that was easily fixed with a pair of pliers.

1. This is loosely based on the Viking era Spectacle Helm, with a standard plastic hard-hat liner. It required some reshaping to actually fit my head by squeezing it on the sides so that it was no longer a perfect circle and more oval-shaped, but now it fits fairly comfortably. Now to go pillage and plunder!

1. I recently purchased this saya for a very nice impact grade Appalachian Hickory bokken that I picked up from Kingfisher (Shinto style). It fit almost perfectly (there was maybe an inch or two of space left in the bottom, but obviously that's not even noticeable). The koiguchi (mouth of the saya) fit perfectly around the habaki (top collar) of the bokken, so there's not really much of a chance of it sliding out accidentally. Additionally, although the saya is made of plastic, they did a pretty good job of adding a texture to it in order to keep it from coming off as cheap. My only real issue with it is that the sageo (scabbard cord) is made of nylon or some sort of polyester; it's REALLY difficult to keep something like that properly tied. Get a nice cotton cord from any fabric store and you'll be much happier with it. Other than that, very nice product, very nice price. Highly recommended for preliminary iaido (art of sword-drawing) practice, prior to getting an iaito (blunt edged, drawing katana).



2. its a really kool scabbard just wish it fits most bokens. its too small to fit my black diato boken but it fit my Polypropylene wakazashi boken just fine. hope it fits my Polypropylene katana when it gets here

1. Me and my friend bought a pair of these because we wanted to try out some boxing and we didnt want to get full hand gloves. When these arrived (about 5 days wait) we put them on immediately and started trying out on each other. Were not idiots so we didnt do anything serious, the only areas we allowed ourselves to attack were the torso and arms. Honestly, i have to say i was surprised by how much impact these gloves really took off. Its not so obvious in the picture, but the gloves have an extra triangular path of foam on the inside right where your base knuckles are. As a result, the padding in that area is definitely much more than 1/2 inch, maybe even a full inch making the gloves VERY safe to work with. You will still feet the hit but it definitely doesnt hurt. 1/2 inch of dipped foam may not sound like a whole lot but youd be surprised by how much it really absorbs. I would definitely recommend these to anyone whos just trying out a first hand at sparring of any form. Probably not enough for people who really know what their doing, but for starters, this makes an excellent glove.
