1. The stand is a little small, but this is advantageous if space is a concern for you. I found that it works perfectly sitting on top of my chest of drawers. Requires simple assembly that should take no more than 5 minutes! Great product that looks great!

1. The techniques covered by Karo have worked for me the very first time I executed one. I come for a judo backround so that is maybe I adjusted very well. For the non judoka, these techniques will enhance your repertoir of moves regarding MMA fighting. I think the only drawback, and I speak for myself, is that the techniques could be repetitive; you know, one techniques, different ways of doing it. Also one thing that I found funny was the guy who was with Mr. Parysian. he was always looking at the camera and stuff. Blooper time all the way.
   I highly recommend this item for those who like ground fighting and more.
