5 comments about Grim Reaper's Sword of Eternal Silence.
  1. Me and a friend bought 2 of these. They look really cool. However they are not sharp at all (hence only 4 stars). For $15 they are really good value though. The hilt is plastic and the blade is a little thin. Other than that they are quite good.

  2. I just got the sword and I liked it but I thought that it was a little small. Then the sword broke from its hilt on the third day that i had it!!!!! Now you might think that I was doing careless things to it but i just swung it a few times slowly in the air and i realized that the sword wan't on there very good. After that I was just swinging it slowly around the house and it just fell off.
So don't buy the sword if you going to do ANYTHING but look at it.

  3. I got these to make the Slayer sword pentagram. They work well for this, but they are not sharp and would be a poor choose for home protection. Try getting a battle ax if this is your intention.

  4. I got this for my nephew for Christmas 2006. He is really into this stuff. I was very pleased when this product arrived. It is beautiful for the price. We have done his room with Velvet drapes and other things fitting a Knight. We have hung these swords on the wall. It looks beautiful. I made the drapes, pillows, valances and bed skirt.

  5. I bought this sword for my fiance for her first sword. It's really light, so she can handle it well. I personally don't like it, but she's happy so that's all that matters. It's like 2 pounds, if that, so just keep that in mind.

  1. This book is a great introduction to the art of knife throwing and I found it useful as a guide and as a teaching tool.

  2. Well today Feb 25 of 2007 the book still don't arrive ...

  3. I ordered two books and out of the two, this one had what I needed. I am just a hobbyist who wants to throw knives for fun. The book has great demonstration pictures and reason for everything, but there isn't extreme amounts of reading involved.

2 comments about Iron Palm Bag (UNFILLED).
  1. This unfilled iron palm bag was pretty much what I was expecting. I've been smacking away at it for about a month now, and it was obviously made to take a beating. It seems like in the long term it will be okay also, because of the material that it's made from.

My only complaint is the opening on the bag (where you would put in mung beans, steel shot, etc.) is an average zipper, which sometimes starts to wiggle it's way loose after using the bag for a while. It's more noticable if you are constantly moving the bag from one location to another; when you leave the bag in the same place it doesn't seem to be much of a problem. Overall I am happy with it.

  2. The zipper tends to work itself loose over time but its easy enough to put in a few stitches to prevent that. After about two months the stitching started to come loose and the strength of the material makes it somewhat difficult to repair.

This site offers a much higher quality bag, though you will be paying extra for the quality.

3 comments about Hand Grips.
  1. I had my hand grips like a month ago and I really like them that I can use them whenever I watch a movie or on my way to the class. They are simple to use. Well, I think this product is just for the beginners like me ,so think about that carefully before you buy it.

  2. These are your average, basic, hand grips. The resistance is good, but you'll find your hands hurting after doing these for a few minutes becasue of the hard plastic. It can be uncomfortable sometimes. It gives you a good workout, but I'm going to get some padded ones that offer the same workout without hurting your hands. I've been using them for a year now. 3 stars.

  3. My biggest problem is that I have smallish hands, and I feel like I can't get a good grip on them - especially as my hands start to get tired. Other than that, they seem to do their job as expected.

2 comments about Cast Aluminum Boot Instep Stretcher.
  1. The item works incredibly well for raising the instep of boots. It's sturdy and well designed. It was an excellent buy and worth every penny.

  2. The stretcher works great at stretching the throat and instep.
However, no instructions were included and the company failed to respond to my request for information on how to use the product.
