- I'm 6'4" and about 285lb. I ordered a size 6 and it was too small in the jacket. I contacted Piranha Gear and they quickly responded to my request for an exchange. I have never experienced such excellent customer service online until this purchase. I received my size 7, and it fit perfectly. It is comfortable; not scratchy at all. The jacket it very thick and durable, but it breathes and collects sweat very well. The pants are reinforced at the knees and do not wear easily. If I ever need another Gi I'm buying from Piranha Gear.
- For 30+ bucks, this is a good gi. I gave it four out of five because gi's this cheap usually are low in quality. Surprisingly, this gi exceeded my expectations. When I first tried it, I thought about how thin the material was, and was a little skeptical about the durability of the gi. However, after a couple of rough rolls on the mat, the gi is still in one piece.
The only gripe I have about the gi is that the collar is very thin, opponents can easily apply chokes. I would recommend this gi to a beginner, but if you've been training in bjj for a while then definitely check out the more expensive brands.
Good:
Low Price
Light
Bad:
Collar and material are very thin
- I bought this for a backup on days that I have two training sessions. It is much lighter than my number 1 gi but, like I said, excellent for the money. I would much rather pay less than $40 for a gi that I'm only using once or twice a week than $100 for a gi that will hardly get broken in.
I wouldn't recommend for everyday use.
- I am 6'2, 220 lbs and I ordered the size six and it is a very good fit. The bottom is a little longer then my other gi, but it is not a problem. I ordered this single weave gi primarily for the summer (I train in Florida) and it has proven its worth because it's very light and breathable, yet still very durable. Also, Shockwave products are sold by Piranha Gear, which is by far one of the most customer focused sellers I have purchased from on Amazon.

5 comments about Solid Natural Wood Cord Wrapped Practice Boken Daito Sword.
- When I saw this boken I was worried at first. It looked almost to good and was only $9.99 but when I bought it I noticed off the back that it was better quality then the other bokens I have. its got nice weight and its good for solo practice. Im not sure why people are trying to spar and hit hard objects with it, it will most surely break.
- I received it on time but when I pulled it out of the packaging, it broke! Not very happy but I just taped it up and used it anyway.
- This is a great toll for sole practice. The grip adds a real sensation when you practice your sword skills. I am very satisfied with my purchase. It was a very nice experience with the vendor as well
- Please beware that the picture DOES NOT represent what you receive! I purposely selected this boken for the Natural Wood Cord wrapped handle with a dark tsuba and band to match the rest of my set. The only part of what I received that is similar to the picture is the dark cord wrapping. The boken itself was a stained much darker than pictured and the accompanying tsuba and band were tan/white respectively.
- I needed sword props for a school performance project and the items were just perfect for my needs. The swords were more than I expected. The wood finish quality was exceptional, and especially the wrapped cording for the handles. I would recommend this product to others.

4 comments about Tabi Socks.
- These are very comfortable! They fit and look very nice. A must have for any ninja, or ninja in training!
These can also be worn with geta shoes as well as tabi boots. Go ahead and get them if you are contemplating it.
- I bought these for my boyfriend because we had been unable to buy them anywhere else. I was worried about them fitting properly (I knew they said one size fits all but that doesn't mean it fits well) but they fit perfectly, and he wears a size twelve. I treid them on and they fit me comfortably as well I wear size nine. They are good socks, I just wish they were softer.
- Great Buy
One size fits all, great fit. the only thing i can complain about is that they are a bit rough but quite durable.
- I was trying to buy large tabi socks for myself. I have size 13 (US) feet. These socks do not fit me.
Sincerely,
Ira Carmel.

3 comments about Everlast Mixed Martial Arts Shin-Instep Guards.
- The band that holds the foot came loose with the whole string after two minutes of light use, I didn't even had the chance to kick with it; I excepted better quality from Everlast; too bad
In addition, the bands that hold the chin are designed such that it is difficult to tighten this thing on your shin
- Good product. works as advertised, have not tired all brands hence only 4 stars but I an still walk after a hard work out :)
- Bought these last week and have now used it in Krav Maga sparring. Overall, they're pretty good. Note that these are not designed to be used with shoes. You can probably still wear shoes if you want, but then you can't use the bottom elastic strap; that may be why the first reviewer's broke (or maybe huge feet?). Plus, the shoe tongue makes them not fit so well. They were a little strange-feeling at first and definitely took some getting used to. Barefoot they seemed to rub a little, but were comfortable enough with socks. The protection is very good, with about an inch of stiff foam in the central parts of the shin and half an inch around that. One major issue is the sizes: I'm a 5'8", 170 lbs. man. At first I ordered the S/M and they seemed a little small, so I ordered the L/XL to compare. Both stopped below the knee, but I'm returning the small size. I think that smaller size may be only appropriate for people significantly less than 5'8". I agree the straps could be longer; but I have pretty muscular calves and was still able to make them work. Measurements: S/M: Shin is about 14" long, main pad is about 4" wide. L/XL: Shin is about 15" long, main pad is about 5" wide. Both sizes' foot parts are about 6" long and about 5" wide. The seam between the shin and foot has a lip on the inside that is a little annoying. The construction seems solid. I was a little unsure at first, but they've grown on me and overall, I'm satisfied.

5 comments about Vampire Replica Full Tang Arm Blade Sword.
- There's not much else to say about the sword itself, except that it feels good to hold. It's exactly what you would expect, and is comfortable. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because although it comes with a sheath, it really isn't practical to draw or carry. (Well, this isn't the kind of thing you'd want to carry much, anyway!) Having said that, I think you should get TWO - one for each arm. That's actually the fighting style that might work best with these, and the price means that for under $30 you can feel just like Baraka from Mortal Kombat...
- Any "sword" you may find under $100 are basically made out of "trash metals", which can be chopped out by real knife at similar price. Although they may have sharpened edges, metals like 420J stainless steel are too soft for working blade; such metals are usually used for cheap kitchen knives.
Some sellers comment on such cheap swords something like "battle-ready" or "fully-working edge", but in fact, they are purely for decoration purposes no matter the edges are sharpened or not. If you need a cheap, working blade for some reason, it is better idea to get a camping machette. (Of course such swords can still be very dangerous anyway, but do not expect any miracle from the cheap metals. They are nothing more than toy.)
- Firstly, for any of you who are even fimiliar with the Bloodrayne titles (which you should be if you are looking at these)there is no reason why you would want to look like that guy from Mortal Kombat if you buy these. Second, these swords are "trash metal" and are not good for anything other than decoration. Unless you go to the ressisance festival or are just really into Bloodrayne then dont get these.
- If these are the Bloodrayne replicas, I weep for the series. However, these are quite a fun purchase, as they seem sturdy enough to actually do some damage. Putting them together when I opened the boxes was a surprise, and while it was tedious trying to put them together with the low-quality allen wrenches provided that strip quickly, it was fun in the sense that you have something to do with the manufacture of your weapons. The handle and arm rest are both plastic, although they seem to be a higher quality plastic than normally found on weapons priced similarly. However, the tacky part is the poorly made velcro (yes, VELCRO) straps that hold the blade onto your arm. My advice: get two thin leather belts you don't mind cutting up, and make your own arm straps. The handle works well, though, and they look wicked when you have them on. If you can find them locally, buy them in a pair if you have some spare cash. Otherwise, don't spend the money it takes to have them shipped to you.
- got a couple of these by mistake and the dealer told me just to keep them. i thought they were a little wierd but my friends really like them.

2 comments about Ninja Climbing Hand Claws Set.
- These claws are a must have for any ninja fan. Back then ninja's use to use them to climb up trees and rocky walls to complete there missions. They are also referred to as bear claws. They also were used for selfdefense they use to claw and cut there opponents if they didn't have a weapon at hand. some of the most skilled ninja's use to be able to catch a striking razor sharp sword in there hand's thanks to these claws. If your a ninja dont leave home with out them.
- I'm not very happy with these. First off, they are, for obvious reasons, one solid piece of metal so they are not adjustable and the strap that is comes loose quickly. Secondly, being one piece of metal, this device WILL cut into the back of your hand. And finally, the most simple thing to fix, these are not sharp enough to actually secure yourself to a tree. I have the foot spikes with these and ill just burst your bubble now that these things aren't going to work unless you make major modifications to this stuff.

3 comments about Martial Arts Pants White Poly/Cotton.
- Great pants for this price. They are just thick enough without being too hot while doing Tae Kwon Do. They wash great and come out of the dryer ready to be worn. My son and i are both happy with them. the size chart was accurate in choosing the correct size too.
- The pants are cheap, but exactly what I needed - for the money, its a great value. Plus, the company that sold them through Amazon was exceptionally helpful with my order.
- I bought these pants in black, size 4, and was very happy with them. As a slim, long-legged female I often find martial arts pants heavy, baggy and short. These are the perfect weight, slim enough in the legs to still allow ample movement without looking like a skirt, and have just enough length, even after washing.
