1. I purchased this sword for my husband for Valentines day. I couldn't wait for it to arrive. It arrived the day before Valentines and it was simply said amazing! Awesome quality finely crafted and even a bit sharp. Needless to say he was very happy when he opened it. I would reccommend purchasing the wall mount along with this item. It is large and heavy and looks awesome when hung on the mount.

1. I practice with my friends daily using these instead of your common boken. We use them as if we were actually fighting for our lives and have yet to break one. Being a sword fanatic and spending a couple years learning to use a blade under a well trained teacher, I would suggest this over any boken any day!
   
   Fits great in the hand, Lightweight, Strong!



2. A suburito was never intended for combat rather it's intended to build ones strength & timing! In this way you can hold the lighter katna without feeling fatigue



3. Initially looking at this Suburito, I expected it to be like a Boken, light and fast. It isn't. However, that's not to say I don't like it. Its extra heft makes it much harder to block and a much more effective training tool. If you want to build up some arm muscles to use a Katana, or you just want more heft than a Boken, this is a great pick!



4. I purchased this item in order to be able to practice with something resembling a tachi. Unfortunately, this was much too light -- not sure why the shipping weight is eight pounds (even with the box, it didn't weigh that much). It is not appreciably heavier than the Cold Steel O-bokken. Also, after the first use there was some splintering on the handle and I had to tape it. The finish could be better, but the wood itself appears to be satisfactory.

1. The sword is a very nice quality for the price. I feel it is really the right product at the right price. I haven't really started learning the form with it yet, but I look forward to doing so. My son hooked me up with it as I never used Amazon much.

2. I ordered this sword expecting a cheap sword that is basically a weighted place holder for practice. However, even by cheap standards this sword is garbage. I've bought toy swords for my nephews that were better quality.
   
   The blade is as advertised. Metal, unsharpened, and flexible. However, the handle is plastic, the hilt is plastic with a metal cover. The blade is set into the plastic hilt and can be easily twisted 5 or 6 degrees clockwise or counterclockwise. Every time I draw the sword from the scabbard it rattles, wiggles, and feels very, very sloppy.
   
   My advice would be to purchase a more expensive sword where the blade won't rattle inside the handle OR buy a collapsible sword. Sure the collapsible swords look like toys, but I have to say, even they are better quality than this.
   
   This sword may be exactly what you are looking for. It is very pretty when in the scabbard and would look good on a wall (from a distance), but I would not trust it to practice in a group.

1. This shield was a dream come true for my oldest boy. He is 6 years old and the shield comes up right to his chin. He is now a real Roman! The shield is nicely made, well painted and is very lite. My son can carry it with relative ease. There are no sharp edges, sharp screw tips or any potential cutting edges on the shield. It is a durable product. My other two boys can't wait for their birthdays now....I will have to contact this same company to see about Viking & Egyptian Shields.....



2. Bought this sheild for a close freind's bday as he collects Roman Battle Gear for costuming events. He was thrilled! Its a great piece and well made.
   Strikingly beautiful!

1. All around great dummy... Seems to be built solid and durable, probably as close as you can get to a perfect throw/ground and pound/grappling dummy on the market (because it mixes all these things). The price for this is great as well, would recommend to anyone wanting to improve their ground game.
