1. These shoes, are the best martial arts foot wear i ve ever had! And i have had, plenty! These one are so light that you dont feel the weight in your knees. You can throw kicks and pivot your base without injury because the sole has a circular design to rotate easily, they dont have an angle inside, allowing you perform without deform the foot position, you have an ankle support but it is gentle enough to take easily your shoes out when you finish training, in the back (achilles area)they are open to leave you the possibility to make certain martial art positions. And for those who cares for the appereance, they dont look like valet shoes!!! They just look cool!
   
   If I remember well, I bought my first pairs of these shoes in the year 2002. And I have used then a lot, they have survived an extreme proof: kick boxing, tae bo, outdoors practicing of karate and jiujitsu! And they still do their job!
