  1. Got the item faster then Amazon's earliest delivery estimate which really impressed me. Then I looked at the box and the item was really poorly packaged (from the manufacturer not the seller). The box was literally partially open and I thought I was going to be disappointed. To my surprise this machine was quite the opposite. This machine is very well built both in construction and design; it feels sturdy not flimsy. I think it could probably be used commercially with no problems. Oh and did I mention it was fully assembled out of the box? Yeah!!!

Operationally, the leg brace pads run almost the entire length of the machine for good support and different split variations. The back cushion also has varied positions and lays down completely horizontal. Lastly the wheel turns at infinite degrees making slight gains easier. All in all I dig it, two thumbs up for this one. Go get yourself one you won't be disappointed.

  2. I purchased this leg stretcher in mid October and am fully satisfied with it. The Pro Leg Stretcher is comfortable and easy to use. I have extended my splits by a long ways already in just 3 weeks. The shipping was quick, the packageing was good. I would recommend this to anyone. Pat.

  3. I train mma and wasn't sure how well this product would help with staying limber or help my kicks. I also wasn't sure which stretcher would be the best to buy. After reading reviews I got this one and it was a very good choice. I am very satisfied with it and now several of my friends want one after using mine. So I do recommend this to anyone wanting to buy a leg stretcher.

  4. This product is exactly what I was wanting... It works flawlessly and is simple to use. It also comes assembled. Received product a day before scheduled delivery...

  5. This is a good product.

I researched several products before buying this leg stretcher.

Most of the leg stretchers were made cheaply and you had to put the unit together.

This unit came in a very well made box packed very good and completely assembled.

All you had to do was take it out of the box and start using it.

It is made well and works great. I would suggest this product to anyone.

I weigh 210 pounds and am 6'1" tall no problems with this unit.

    IT WORKS GREAT

  1. I ordered this for my 12 year old grandson to display his swords on his bedroom wall. Not too big nor too small. Easy, easy to assemble. I plan to use some kind of lettering to add his name to the top. I love it and hope he does too.

  2. The product was a good value for the low price. It arrived promptly but was more difficult to assemble than it should have been. The pilot holes were not drilled quite large enough and the screws pierced the frame in random places rather than in the approproate places. After assembly, the sword rack looks nice on the wall and does indeed support the swords as well as a long bo staff.

  3. The packaging could have been better to prevent the ding that one side has on it, but once I get some spray paint; everything will be fine. All screws lined up properly, the stands were exactly as described. It could easily be made with a jigsaw and some help from LOWES, but the price would be roughly the same. Thumbs up.

  4. Very sad product. No instructions or hardware to put this product together. Also I ordered a different model than I received. Not good guys.

  5. For a simple sword rack, its ok. I thought it might look nicer, I was very disappointed. I was tipped off pretty quickly when I received it in pieces wrapped in a black plastic trash bag. Its decent enough and fits for what I need. But I wont buy this one again.

  1. Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R2DPG9QNUVHHJA We bought this set of size XL Red Macho Dyna Sparring Gear to use for my son's TaeKwonDo practice. This is a good set that provides the required protection for light to medium contact sparring. Here are my observations:

    Head Gear:
    Pros -
    + Good Ear Protection
+ Does Not Obscure Peripheral Vision
+ Good Back of Head Coverage and Protection

    Cons -
    - No Jaw\Chin Protection

    Hand Gear:
    Pros -
+ Open Hand Design; good for grappling techniques
+ Protects Sides of Hands and Thumbs

    Misc -
    * Finger Loops Are Thin; concerned that they will not hold up long (will update if this is an issue)

    Foot Gear:
    Pros -
+ Easy to Put On; elastic strap and Velcro hold these well
+ Good Ankle, Top, and Side Protection

    Misc -
    - Other Brand (Century) Has Fabric Coverage on 1/2 of Foot; some like that, others do not

Overall, this is a good starter set of sparring gear that I feel safe letting my son wear. See the video and pictures (in "Customer Images") for more details.

5 comments about 6 Foot Wax Wood Staff.
  1. Solidly built, even specifications (i.e. uniform thickness), smooth with basically no chance you'd get splinters even if you regularly use your bare hands on the surface. I use the pole exclusively for stretching, and I find the full 6 feet necessary to to over-the-shoulder exercises holding the pole perpendicular to my height (i.e. not up-and-down but across.) Weight of pole gives it a "solid" feel.

  2. I was a designer/consultant for Bud K a while ago I asked Clint the CEO Bud K that he try and sell more stuff to geeks like me. I am so happy to be buying this staff from him on amazon.com. He runs as he put it, "a well oiled machine" and I don't think there are many out there who can offer a better deal on quality products for martial arts weapons and fantasy and sci fi replicas.

  3. The staff came warped/bowed a bit. It is noticeable when looking at it but nothing deal breaking. Also, there is a few knots in the staff making me wonder about the integrity of the wood. I have yet to train with it seeing as I just got it late this night. Also, it is tapered, which I wish was listed in the description.

  4. While this was one of the first bo staffs that I purchased, and I have given it a beating, it has served me well. Perfect as a walking stick, the taper is very nice! A little bit of a curve, but I can't take a star away for that. It is a very good looking weapon. Used a butane lighter to mark center of gravity for training purposes.

Highly recommend the purchase of this staff to any customer!

  5. I paid $25 which is 8 over the advertised price and is well enough to cover the shipping. They advertised for something they could not deliver. DO NOT ORDER FORM THESE LIERS!!!

5 comments about Zetsurin Warrior Katana Sword, Full Tang, Razor Sharp, Battle Ready.
  1. Over the years, I have owned a few similar swords brought elsewhere but none looked as sturdy and nice as this one. The sword is fairly sharp out of the box as well. My purpose is mainly for display unless a burglar breaks-in while I am sharpening this beauty. For the price, (imho) this is a great buy!

  2. 1) it was written that its razor sharp and battle ready, it's not. it can't not only shave hair from the arm, it hardly can cut the A4 paper. I bought Mtech Xtrem folding knive, wich is very cheep knive (6$-9$) and even it can shave hair and easily cut paper. I saw on youtube video where guy is cutting a bottle filied up with water. I tried the same, bottle was cut, but it wasnt a clear cut it looked like the bottle was torn. I think it's not the sword wich can cut thick bamboo or tatami mat.

    2) the quality of polish sucks. the "white" cloth on the handle is not white it likes dirty cord. the shape of the blade is not terrible but it's not well done. it's not "high carbon steel" its made from 1045 carbon steel which is the MEDIUM carbon steel commonly used in tool (bolts etc) making, not in weapon making. it's quality lower than, for example 440c stainless steel (which can almost 2 times better hold an edge, and can cut 1045 steel plate)
its not a real weapon its a medium quality souvenir which can cut some objects not better than any usual kitchen knife.

    3) the throwing knife is just for butter or something else, its not made from the steel, its plain metal and worthless for throwing.

    4) BUT for this price I think it's not bad deal. but it would be better write true info. :)

  3. when I took this sword out of the box I was messmorized by the swords buety. it was razor sharp and has a throwing knife in the saya that is also very sharp. the saya has black paint and is made with hard wood. and also, so you know the sword is secure in the saya you will here a click every time you put it back and take it out of the saya. and the handle has white nylon wrapings with dual pegg construction so the blade is safely in the saya and has good gripp. so this is good if you want to have a good first sword that's my review thank you!!

  4. I purchased this sword as a first time buyer. Wasn't expecting anything too great since all the other swords in this price range seemed worth of less value. This one had good reviews so I decided to get this one to try it out. It was shipped earlier than the estimated date. Came in a tight fighting box, with another sword box with the actual sword. The box says "Musashi". The sword itself was wrapped in a black cloth; nice touch :)

It's a full tang sword which is great since there's no need to worry about blade stability. The sword + sheath had no breaks. The blade was a bit dirty with what seems to be particles from a sharpening stone (or something of that nature). Not a problem with a quick clean. The blade is sharp.

When I first picked up the sword, it felt a little top heavy; meaning it would weight down up towards the tip. Take this with a grain of salt though, since I've only ever held a few in the past. This could also be attributed to the style of sword. Not really a problem after a few minutes of holding it.

Overall, I am glad I bought this. It's great for the price. I recommend this as a first time sword, a decoration, or just something to have around. I also wonder if I can put a tsuba on this. I'll have to check that out. The only thing left to do is try it out one some things. If I get the chance, I will post some pictures.

Lastly, I came across this website (no affiliation) when looking around about this sword. It's a decent review of the sword + a small video at the end. [...]

  5. Although i do not have a superior knowledge of blades, I would consider this to be an excellent sword. It came razor sharp, well finished and looked stunning. The thrower also was very sharp. The only thing that was not so good was how the thrower was loose when you placed it back in the scabbard. But overall it was great for the money. I would highly recommend this sword. You will be pleased!

  1. these claws are flawed in there design. they are intended for BOTH defence and climbing but they will not work for climbing the the upward pull of the tree and your weight on the claw causes the metal back to dig viciously into the back of your hand. teribly designed.

  2. I'm just starting out with my own ninja training, and despite what my friend Irving thinks we aren't anywhere near ready to take out a classified ad in Soldier of Fortune magazine yet. I think we should take at least one more summer Tai Chi class at the rec center first, especially since it's free for students. Anyway, I don't really feel qualified as a professional ninja or anything but I do want to let you know what I've learned about Ninja Hand Claws so far.

I had a cast party at my house for Drama club and my only pair of scissors literally *broke* while Irving and I were setting the decorations. Actually, I was setting the decorations while Irving played Hitman II on PlayStation, even though the cast party at my house was Irving's idea and he promised he'd help me out with things when he volunteered me for it. What a dope. I should probably explain that Irving and I are only in Drama club because we wanted some action, since there are a lot of hotties in Drama club and not too many other guys there that are even remotely interested in girls, if you know what I mean. Plus there aren't any football players in sight. This makes the ratio of normal guys to hotties a whole lot better than you typically see in the general school population. Just wanted to set things straight, which I also happen to be. So anyway while Irving and I are getting ready for this drama party, I set the scissors down to go get more crepe paper and Irving decided it'd be really funny to throw the scissors into my dart board, which I have to admit might have been funny except that he missed the dart board altogether and the scissors flew right into the side of my basement wall. When that happened the bolt right in the center of the scissors cracked in two and instead of a pair of scissors I had two individual scissor blades with completely impossible oval ring grips, not the sort of tool that you can use to make streamers or confetti, or even do any realistic Ninja knife-fighting or anything. Totally useless.

Fortunately I had my NINJA HAND CLAW available and Irving and I were able to hold several pieces of paper tight between us while I ran the claw length-wise a few times, making rough but functional confetti for the party. It really tore the paper more than cutting it, but finally we actually got a couple of buckets of confetti, which is exactly what we needed. The crepe paper itself for making streamers was way too thin for cutting with a Ninja hand Claw, but fortunately you can tear it pretty easily anyway and we were just being silly at that point. Considering our excellent decorations we had a completely successful party, except for one thing. Later in the evening Irving had been partying way too much and he plopped down on the waterbed with my Ninja Hand Claw still right there on the corner, popping the waterbed which completely ruined my chances of getting any action after the drama party, if you know what I mean. I mean, once your bed is soaking wet, and if your only other alternatives are old garage-sale bar stools and a bean bag with a hole in it and an old pool table, it's really kind of hard to make your move. Besides, everybody thought it was really creepy that I had a Ninja hand claw lying ON my bed, not IN my bed as Irving kept saying, but once the joke went around that Howard has a love glove nobody was listening to what I said about only setting the Ninja Hand Claw down there for a minute anyway. So because Irving was such a jerk all the girls got embarrassed and went home early, leaving me with Irving and a couple of those "drama queen" drama guys I was mentioning earlier. I was really hoping they didn't think Irving was serious about me using my Ninja Hand Claw as a love glove, so to underscore the point that I'm training to be a prefessional ninja I got a couple of throwing stars and sat there throwing them into my dartboard while they all sat and watched the E! channel, which Irving was totally into by the way. Hmmmmm. Anyway, these guys wouldn't take a hint about going home themselves until Irving started projectile vomiting on the stairs about an hour later. I swear Irving's my best friend but even I don't like him that much.

So anyway I don't know how well these Claws work for the practicing Ninja warrior but I can verify that they cut confetti really nicely. Just keep them away from Irving, or your waterbed and your reputation as a ladies man will be shot. Seriously. Plus Irving will probably fall asleep on your bean bag while you clean up the confetti, waterbed water, and human vomit, and you'll probably wind up sleeping under the pool table without getting any action at your own drama party. You ought to consider this very carefully before ordering!!!

  3. Though not purchased on-line [my set I've owned for over 20 years!] there's some speculation at to their use and how these fit overall into Taijutsu combat tactics...

Firstly, yes- the metal band that makes up the body of the devise has the excrussiating ability to dig into the practitioner's hands- hence most often padding is required either on the practitioner's hands or wrapped atround the devise itself- I managed to get around the "digging" issue by using a set of "Reactor gloves" [remember, this was the late 70s to early 1980s]that had built in padding along the fingers and back of the hand...

For combat tactics, it's best to remember that most tactical scenerios center around a person avoiding contact with the "enemy" [or bully or burgaler or mugger, et al...] and if one were to be wearing their "Tiger Claws" during an altercation with some ruffian or "enemy"- the slashing and tearing effect of the claws were simply as a diversionary and/or intimidation tool to keep thier attacker at bay long enough to effect a reliable escape.

With the exception of slashing, the back of the devise [provided the wearer's hands were gloved as mentioned earlier] could be used as a cudgel or "sap" in lew of any other weapon that may have to be brought out of a pocket or storage during a fast altercation.

Overall, an effective climbing devise [with obvious modification of either it or the wearer] but only a low to moderate close assault tool. If nothing else, they are a contemporized form of a tool from a by-gone era and an instumental learning example of the skill and strength that the Shadow Warrior of Iga and such provinces had to muster to survive their temultuous period of history

  4. these are really good for the price. for one , wear thick gloves or itll hurt , they will take alot of getting used to and practice, but when you get better , they rawk. the claws come very sharp, but are useless on branchless bottom trees with no foot claws. good luck!

  1. The chain broke when I lifted it and itt fell down the staris, damaging a wall and more. So the chain is really in need of a replacement, but you can buy that in a hardwarestore and so I will.
When the shield fell down the stairs I was certain that it would break since it was quite a fall, but incredibly I couldn't even find a scratch on it afterwards, So it is really robust.
It looks really nice as well, So I'm more than pleased with it
My warmest reccomendations, but be sure to check the chain.

  2. The actual shield I received did not match the one shown in the stock photo. I have uploaded some pictures that I took for comparison. The are numerous differences from the actual shield than what is shown in the product image. First, the triforce does not match, it has an odd red outline painted around the triangles and is missing the 'metal' rim around it. The 'metal' adornments shown on the bottom of the shield are missing. The large 'bolts' shown along the shield's rim are also different, being really small and more numerous. Aside from cosmetic differences, the shield also did not include the metal wall mount shown on the back of the shield, so I cannot hang this on my wall as intended.

Other faults of this shield as mentioned in other reviews are the strap and handle on the back. The two connectors that the handle attaches to were not aligned properly on my shield so the handle is now crooked and not held in as well as it should be. The strap included is terrible and consists of 2 separate pieces of velcro. These are only to be held on with little bent clips that are not at all secured to the shield in any way, and do not stay on. To remedy this, I took advice from another review and just threaded some twine through the 2 connectors and it seems to hold pretty securely now.

The only thing saving this shield from a 1 star review from me is the fact that the paint job on my shield is really nicely done. It might not match the shield in the picture, but it looks really nice in itself. Also, the red dragon symbol looks a lot more accurate to the game than what is shown. If you aren't looking for an exact replica, and just want a nice looking shield, this is probably the best deal out there. However, just know that you aren't getting what is shown in the picture.

Again, I have included 4 customer images showing what the actual shield looks like in detail, be sure to check them out before buying.

  3. I got this shield as a present for a friend and the first shield I got was very disappointing. It wasn't even complete painted and the craftsmanship just looked sloppy. I contact the seller and they were quick to reply and helpful and said they would exchange the shield. First they wanted me to pay the full shipping costs and they said they could reimburse me for half but I said that I shouldn't have to pay any more out of pocket because they sent me a sub par shield. Then they sent me a shipping label, I shipped the shield back and about a week later, I got a new shield. The paint job was a bit better but not by a lot. You can see the blue paint through the yellow triforce, the back of the shield is all uneven. Like a someone else said the shield you get, is not the same one in the product picture.

I kept the second shield because it seemed that was as good as it was going to get. I finally gave the shield to my friend and the strap will not stay on and the part where the handle screws into came out. Overall I am very disappointed in the product. The seller was helpful when I contacted them but they are selling a crap product. I wouldn't buy this shield.

  4. It Wasnt like the picture im a bit disappointed because its handle were bad and design was incorrect i wouldnt buy from here again.

  5. First of all, I've got to say that this shield is awesome! all the details from the game are reproduced here, making it a sweet piece to simply look at. The shield itself is incased in styrofoam to protect it during shipping, so you don't have to worry about it getting damaged before it's delivered! The shield has a sturdy chain attached to it so you can safely hang it on your wall for display, but it also comes with a small bag of parts that can be assembled in order for you to carry the shield strapped to your arm. However, mine didn't come with any instructions showing how to assemble it and while it's not really that complicated of a procedure, it might cause a bit of head-scratching if you're not used to that sort of thing. Fortunately, the pictures on this site will show you exactly how to put everything together and you can get it ready within 5 minutes! Be advised though, this shield isn't some cheap plastic replica, so if you intend to carry it around strapped to your arm, it does get a little heavy after a while. All in all, I'd recommend this item to any Zelda fan!

5 comments about 2 Natural Wooden Bokken Practice Training Daito Sword SET.
  1. First of all, I want to say that boken are not meant for sparring. If you want to spar, then buy shinai instead. These are for solo practice, to build strength and technique. For that purpose, their quality is pretty good.

The two that I received had slightly different weights, so they're not exactly interchangeable. The slight difference in weight can mess with your perception of your strength and you won't get the right feel if you interchange between them. Use one for proper practice, and the other as a spare or something.

The tsuba, however, are useless pieces of trash. They don't properly fit, and you're better off without them. It's not like you need them anyway.

The grip is completely wooden, so just be aware of that.

Overall, I recommend this product because it's inexpensive and gets the job done. If you really want to improve your skills, I suggest trying out a suburito.

  2. Ok, i didn't even buy the product, but the shipping is 10$!! Your not getting 2 for 1, your paying the same price!

  3. Great quality, very strong wood, perfect shape and weight... I will keep buying these for practice

  4. I have an 11 year old son who is facinated with Japanese culture and weaponry (who isn't?). I bought these for him to get a feel for Bokken and to possibly get him some higher end models when he gets used to using these. When I received them, they were more sturdy than I'd expected them to be. These bokken are very solid. I was basically expecting to receive a couple of "sticks", to be honest, but I was impressed with how these bokken look and feel.

For the money, I would say that these are a very good buy. Especially if you are buying them for a child or young teen. I could see where they could possibly be cracked or broken of used in intense practice, but I think they would definitely hold up to some light sparring and technique practice.

  5. these were pretty fun for the week i had them...but they broke near the tip...
