1. This rope kicks it bigtime! All of the ropes I've tried cost much more money and still don't outperform this simple, light, effective rope. Takes some time to get the kinks from shipping out, but that is same with all plastic-type ropes - not a problem anyway if you spin it fast enough. Handles roll freely, no binds and you can whip it round super fast! The 9' is perfect size for my 5-9 height - make sure you get the proper length though... this rope is NOT adjustable.

1. Its very cheap, to lite. It looks great in the picture but I found all ropes that don't use ball bearings in the handle break.
   The string the rope is made out of snaps right by the handle. It rubs around the edge and breaks. I didn't get one work out with this crap rope.
