1. After only 2 months of daily use, the rope detached from the wooden handle. Now I can't even insert it back. Be careful and check the quality of the speed ropes.



2. The product is great, and they arrived at least one week or more earlier than stated. We have ordered jumpropes several times, and they always arrive before the stated delivery date and are always in excellent condition when they arrive.



3. I bought this to get a litte bit of an upper body workout while I got some cardio. Initially, I thought that the jump rope didn't have much weight, but after jumping for a few minutes I changed my mind! It really gives you a good shoulder workout. I do 1-2 mins of rope and then switch off with abs and pushups. I gave it four stars because it gets a little bit tangeled and I can tell that after enough thwacking on the floor, it'll eventually give out. One of the other reviewers said that it lasts a few years, which I think itsn't all that bad. Overall, I really like it.



4. It died on the 1st outing. Totally worthless. I did a class at Bally's. The handles don't grip so it slipped out of my hand and hit the floor. The wood broke off the handle. I continued and the other handle slipped and again the wood broke off. So now it was really unuseable. An inferior prod.



5. The product arrived in less than four days. I like the weighted handles for better leverage in twirling the rope. However, it is not so weighted at the handles where the rope snaps from the handles like some other weighted handle jump ropes.
   
   Since the rope is shipped with a rubber band around the leather rope, the user will need to flatten in a nearly straight line and allow several uses to remove the tangles.

2. Basically a useless peice of short bendy plastic... u need to be 1 meter high to use it !!!
   Quiality couldnt be worse.



3. I do serious speed work at least 4 times a week for 30-40 minutes. I love this rope. I got probably 6 or 8 months (can't quite remember), and it broke last night. Broke off where it attaches to handle. It's a design flaw, because it's impossible to fix it. However, at $5.99, I feel like "noted". So I'm buying 4 more, and I know that I'm good for 2 years.
   
   I will say that I think this rope is for really good speed jumpers. It's very light weight, so the faster you jump, the better. Beginners or slow intermediates should try a slightly heavier rope.
   
   But for me - I LOVE IT.

2. These ropes are great for double dutch. They're very fast and long so you can do two people at a time. I love double dutch. It is a lot easier with these ropes!

4. My daughter and her friends love these jump ropes. They have been trying to double-dutch but the beaded ropes at school hurt when they get hit. The lightweight cotton ropes were not heavy enough to swing - so I ordered these. They loved them! She said they are easy to swing and because they do not hurt when they hit you, the kids are not afraid to jump in. Jumping rope is such great excercise. It's funny to watch them jumping rope with the snow all around the playground. I would highly recommend this item.

   though I do regret buying it because for some reason I thought i was going to be able to use this in my house for my work out. Unfortunately it's too long and it keeps hiting the cieling. Oh well heh.

1. These ropes are just the right size & weight for learning to double dutch jump. Not only have my 3 daughters enjoyed them, but also the neighbor kids (girls & boys). Everyone's jumping... age 12 thru 18 (& a few parents). Very cool.

3. These jump ropes are perfect for my 9 year old daughter who is on a jump rope team. They are just like the ones she practices with at school. They are easy to turn and adjustable too. They are great because they don't tangle and are great for speed jumping and tricks. They were shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condidion. The bright colors are also good for those learning to jump in - it helps having two different colors.



4. These jump ropes come as a pair of two different colors. Perfect for double dutch and very durable. My daughters use the ropes everyday. The adjustable handles aren't used often because the kids still tend to wrap the ropes around their hands. The delivery was fast!!!



5. After reading the reviews, I thought these would be perfect for my 9 year old daughter. The expandable ends don't stay where you put them and that is frustrating. But after watching her and helping her swing them for double dutch I have discovered that they get twisted up really fast and it's really annoying. (I mean that one rope twists itself up, not two ropes twisting together.) They also kind of hurt when they hit you if you mess up because they are a pretty durable plastic. Overall, I am pretty dissapointed. I hope this review helps. Good luck!!!

1. This rope was for my toddler (3) but we found the 7 foot length too long so we found other games to play with it til he grows in. Very sturdy and bright colors made it fun for him to play with.
