1. Do not buy this. Amazingly horrible. True: 45 minutes of instruction and less than 10 minutes for the workout. I kept waiting, listening, watching the instruction and looking at my watch. The instructors are cutsie and very pleased with their witty comments. After 30 minutes I finally fast-forwarded to try and find the workout. Had to bypass another 10 minutes or more! Finally found the workout and it lasted about eight minutes!

First of all the jump ropes in the picture don't look like what I just recieved.I would send them back but it's not worth my time for $6.00.This product is actually put together with what looks like office staples and A tiny little tube for A rope.The rope looks much larger in the picture.You may as well be jumping rope with A spagetti noodle with it's handle stapled together.But I did give them a star for their shipping and tracking,which was excellent!
