1. Being in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu the uniform takes a beating. This uniform is thick, and well made. It will hold up as long as you do. I recommend it 100%. The only draw back is it is a little warm because of its thickness, but if you sweat a little more then you loose a little more weight, if looked at that way its a win win situation.

3. This gi is great, for the price you really cant beat it. Everyone in my BJJ class cant belive i got that gi for that price. Really strong fabric you cant tear this thing. It hasnt even showed signs of wear and tear an i use mine four times a week, sometimes more. So i would surely recommend this product to anyone looking for a strong durible gi for a great price.



4. I purchased this gi not expecting the same quality as the Adidas Judo gi's my training partners use. I wasn't sure if MMA training was for me and I didn't want a huge capital investment. I would put the quality on par with much more expensive weaves. The justification for cost is beyond me, but I get thrown around plenty and sweat this thing up all the time and it's survived quite well for the wear.
   
   Just a note on the vendor (at the time of purchase, Piranha Gear. These folks are one serious class act. They contacted me to ensure proper sizing, made on-the-phone adjustments, and even threw in a free (colored) belt after finding out I work for the Government overseas!
   
   Because of the quality of the gi, I may not order too much from Piranha Gear again, but they will be first on my recommended list for anyone interested in a less-expensive, quality gi. Thanks for reading.

1. I bought this yesterday and ordered regular shipping and I got it this morning. Freaking nuts.
   The quality of the material is really good too. I thought I'd get a paper-thin gi or something but this gi is really thick and durable. Definitely a good buy



2. The Gi is much lower in quality when compared to my first gi which is a single weave atama. I also don't like the internal draw string on the pants as I see this being a weak point and a potential fail point in the design. I've had the Gi for 2 months and it's lasted so far. The belt it comes with is a joke too.



3. This is the first Gi I have ever bought, so my knowledge base is very limited. I can say however that I am very pleased with the company and the product. The Gi arrived very quickly, was exactly what I thought I was getting and it came with a white belt so I didn't have to go and buy one somewhere else. The pants have an internal drawstring which is different from most Gi pants, but I like it. I have seen some of the guys at the dojo having to re tie their pants from time to time, so I think the internal drawstring is a good idea. I would suggest that you do order a size larger than what you normally wear as the Gi will shrink once you wash it. Also, Piranha gear supplies you with washing instructions so if you don't know how to care for a Gi you will once you're Gi arrives. Good luck trying to find another Gi that's made this well for this price.

   I noticed from the other feedback that y'all had great customer service, but I never expected this. My husband's height is 5" 6', he weighs 170 lbs, he has a 35" waist, and wears a medium size t-shirt when I ask him to. I ordered an A3 or 5 and it fit great. He did just mention to me that the last two gis (specifically for Judo) that he ordered were a little too big even after trying to shrink them. They were the size A3 also. The belts were all just fine. Anyways I hope this helps. Thank you for a great product.



5. Ordered the uniform on a Monday Night and had it just in time for my Saturday class. The uniform fit perfectly and breathes very nicely while feeling very durable. I' pretty happy with it. If I ever need another one here's where I'll get it.

1. I live the waistband. Drawstring waistbands come undone, especially during kumite. Fabric is still strong enough to get a good snap when executing a movement.

1. Excellent product: good material and a good fit. Even though I should have picked a size larger they are still comfortable for me to kick and roll in.



2. I ordered a couple pair of pants just before Christmas, and was pleasantly surprised to receive them not only on time, but earlier than expected. The Piranha folks have also been interested in customer service after the sale, and have followed up with me with meaningful dialog a couple of times. The pants themselves are great quality, nice and heavy, with double stitching throughout and double knees all the way to the cuff. I didn't notice any appreciable shrinkage in cold water, and the fit was very similar to other gi's I've owned.

1. I bought the white uniform for my son who wanted a heavier uniform. the fit was good and he loves that it 'snaps' when he throws a punch! I recieved it in a timely manner and was pleased that it was exactly what it said it was - quality!



2. I bought this uniform for my weapons class as I needed something sturdy without being restrictive. It is perfect. You'll do a lot of sweating in it in a high-intensity workout or if there's no A/C, but it will hold up well and it's a good-looking uniform for traditional performance purposes.



3. I've never seen one come before without a belt, and this product had none....nor was a belt listed as an possible add on. I haven't contacted seller as of yet but will do so.

1. I have been practicing TKD for 8 months, have tried several pants for my training... I will not change these, are perfect.. the fabric is soft, design comfortable to practice martial arts.



2. I suggest to order a size up from what you normally wear or you'll be reduced to peacocking in these (these pants are tightly fitted in the hips). Although I admit I'm one of those in-between people- 3 tends to be short, 4 tends to be real baggy in the backside. In any case, plenty of length to work with. Seems to be cut more for a girl in style if that's what you're looking for. I've decided against them because I'm afraid they'll be too constricting for movement.

1. So, I'm a new student...but, I decided that I was going to stick with karate class because I enjoyed it...so it was time to buy a gi. Well, based on weight, the size I ordered should fit. (I knew it would be long...all the pants I own have to be hemmed!) This is definatly made for men. I'm going to have to have it altered quite a bit. The pants barely fit my hips and the top is just huge (though, any size smaller and it would be even worse!) So, Women, good luck! If you have any curves at all, just know that you will need to do some altering. Add that into your price you're willing to spend on a uniform.
