1. This is certainly a convenient alternative to wraps, but the neoprene seems to break down too quickly. As a level of support and protection under speed bag gloves, I think they're great; but as a layer under full, 12 oz bag gloves, I prefer wraps--these make the whole show too bulky and uncomforatble. Recommended for a good, quick workout, but I think they also run a bit small--I have average to small hands, and the Mediums are too tight for me.



2. I really like these gloves. They provide good protection, they go on easily and wrap tight.
   
   They provide faster and better protection than conventional wraps.
   
   It is easy to learn how to get them off and on quickly. Follow the instructions that comes with them and it becomes second nature in no time at all.
   
   I think that the velco "cross wraps" on the back of the glove could be designed better. They don't add a lot to the glove support and they don't connect very well. But even without them this is a great product that I can readily recommend.



3. This was purchased as a birthday present. It was the perfect gift and got here in plenty of time.

3 comments about Cloth Elbow Pads.

1. The size says "Adult", so I assumed it was one size fits all, but these pads do not fit even a small adult. My thai boxing coach is 5'7" weighing 135 pounds, and he was barely able to get the pads over his forearm, and the fit around his elbow was too tight and restricted blood flow. So I gave the pair to one of the kids at our dojo.
   
   The quality is irrelevant if you can't apply it; it's ridiculous how small these pads are.



2. These are good products, except adult size is more for a small child. be aware of sizes if you order for an adult.



3. These things fit my 115 pound wife fine. I'm a 240 pound man and had to cut holes in the elastic to make them semi-comfortable. I use them for computer elbow and the pad part is nice but it would be better if they had size options.
