- The jump rope is not the same as the photo, nor is the hand wrap (comes with ones that look like ACE bandages that take forever to wrap). And the jumprope is not easily adjusted, so I am going to buy a nicer one. Also, the gloves that come with it have already started to come apart after only a week. The bag is very nice though. I would recommend buying the bag separately and saving some $$$ and buy the other stuff separate.

- If you want to perfect your boxing skills and get a great workout at the same time, this is the heavy bag for you. You'll be sweating like a sweathog after only about 20 minutes of punching and kicking. Excellent for a person who lacks a lot of time. Be sure to follow instructions and wrap your hands with handwrap first before putting on the gloves. In the long run, doing this will save your hands. Never hit the bag without hand protection.
The price is great and you can't beat free shipping. It would have cost me an extra arm and a leg for shipping 100 pounds to Hawaii. And believe it or not, I received the bag in one week. You can't go wrong with this one! This is a quality item. Get one now before they decide to charge for shipping!
- I bought this punching bag to release some pain and anxiety from my past and caused by my future, this has helped me do just that. Though life is hard it is worth breathing. I am soo glad God led my steps to this punching bag and most importantly to him. Though in a hundred years having this punching bag wont matter, I'm so glad I have him and he has me. God bless who ever reads this. Amen
- Awesome Bag! Great buy! Gave it as a gift and my friend he loved it.
Its big and heavy and it looks really mean.
I was a little skeptical about it being canvas at first (not the usual vinyl I always see) but in the end it turned out to be the best part.
Definitely worth the cash I payed for it.
Just make sure you have a good place to secure this, or buy a rack for it.
My friend didnt fasten it correctly and it fell several times (It was ultimately impaled on a mis-placed car part and tore). Plus if it falls on you, its going to hurt :(
- I did a lot of research before buy this heavy bag. I also took the advice of my martial arts instructor and went for the heaviest one since I would be kicking and punching it. We bought a super heavy duty mount due to the weight. I am so impressed with all of it.
- I bought this for my husband so he can practice his tae kwon do in the basement. It's extremely well-made, just solidly built, and it can take quite a kick from a black belt. Since it comes pre-filled, the price is amazing and so is free shipping, which can cost almost as much as the bag. My husband bought an additional chain to bolt it to the floor so that he doesn't send it flying. It didn't move terribly much without being bolted, but it's a heavy bag, and if you did wail on it and send it flying, it could damage whatever it hit (including other people!). It's a great bag -- we highly recommend it!

1 comments about Interval Workout Timer TMR03-B Black: Boxing, Wrestling, Martial, MMA, Fitness, HIIT.
- I am not a boxer, but I needed a customizable interval timer for my Marathon training with the Galloway run-walk program. You can customize the workout(run) and rest(walk) intervals separately and the intervals automatically cycle an beeps at the end of every Workout & Rest cycle. Seller (Inventico) responded promptly to my email enquiry. The unit comes with a sturdy wirelike thingie which you will have to install (see my Customer Images)- I found that handy. It is kinda bulky looking if you are wearing it on your wrist and running. But it is lightweight and did its job well when I wore it on my long run. I would prefer to get my interval timing cues from my iPod, but these days there are restrictions on using iPods on races, so I wanted a iPod-less alternative to interval time myself. I could not come up with a similar product (except for the Everlast timer) when I did my search on Amazon.
It gives out 3 beeps after workout and 1 beep after Rest. You may be intersted in looking up http://www.inventico.net
Con: I wish it were a little sleeker and the Beep a little louder (or customizable) to help in outdoor situations.

- My old head gear was really puffy and a hit wouldn't really go through. But I found out after an opponents power reaches a certain point that the puffy stuff doesn't work. When you go against someone with significantly less power you still feel it (with this gear). With puffy stuff you don't even feel it. This is great for hard hitters. If they don't hit hard, don't buy it. Yeah, it looks great on though. Its well crafted, snug fit.
- Excellant value for a full face guard, covering cheeks and the chin. Similar equipment usually cost twice as much. The quality of the product does not seemed to be lessened either. Good buy.
- product was great, too bad Amazon wouldn't let me exchange it for a size that fit.
- This headgear is really good. Quality of this headgear is awsome. i get a tight fit form it. Sparing wise this headgear will prote4ct you from many hard punches you will barely feel a punch just a push ,but you will feel some punches. The only flaw to this headgear is a chin strap is this headgear had a chinstrap i would have given it a 5 out of 5 star

5 comments about Valeo GLBW Women's Leather Bag Gloves with Wrist Wraps.
- I have to edit my review. In fact, if I could, I'd knock these down to 3 stars. Since writing my initial review, I have been having problems with bruising on one knuckle, and wrapping doesn't help. I had someone look at my gloves, and was told the padding is too hard. I compared the padding with their Harbinger gloves and it's a huge difference. The Harbinger's padding is much softer and forgiving. I went for price b/c I couldn't afford the better gloves, but now I'm sorry - I'm going to have to cough up the cash for the better ones after all and now I've wasted $27.99 on these.
I'm very happy with these gloves. They fit tight, with excellent wrist support. My only quibble with them is the seams in between the fingers - I end up with bruising every time. Of course, I should probably wrap my knuckles which would correct this.
I think one or two reviews mentioned their hands were stained after wearing these - I have not found that to be the case. My hands sweat a lot, and there has been no staining whatsoever from the gloves.
- These gloves are cute, but a a tight fit. I have small hands, and the medium is REALLY snug. The wrist wrap is good, allows for good support. This company was great to deal with, i originally bought a size small, but returned to get a size medium and they were cooperative and had good customer service.
- good gloves really protects hands and wrist check size the mediums fit a small hand
- I purchased the Valeo GLBW Women's Leather Bag Gloves with Wristswrap. These gloves are made of a very inferior grade of leather. I have only worn and used these glove twice and the leather is already peeling off. I can see the padding on one glove. I thought leather was suppose to be more durable. I would return them, but I have tried returning an item to Amazon.com before and I usually end up with nothing after all of the deductions. I am going the seriously rethink what I buy from Amazon.com in the future. If I am going to be stuck with a product, I would like it to last beyond 2 uses.
- I purchased these exact gloves .... 3 (1 hour classes) uses later the seem blewout! I took them back to the sporting goods store I bought them for an exchange, went back to the section, removed another pair from the box, tugged in the area I had issues with and SURE ENOUGH .... APART CAME THE SEAM!
I do reccomend the style ... just not the brand!!!!
