1. I've had this bag for three years. Unfortunately, it sat in a closet the first year because I lived on the 2nd floor and my downstairs neighbor's ceiling rattled like the apocalypse everytime I hit it.
   
   Now, I have a basement, and its fine (although it is slowly tearing up the concrete floor). Everytime you hit the bag it totters like a 'weeble' and hits the floor with 100+ lbs of impact. Much noise is made, but also, much fun is to be had.
   
   I hate gyms, and wasn't much of a workout type, but now that this is in my house, I use it 1-2 per week for 25 minutes and after 2 years have lost 25+ lbs (also stopped eating from all fast food joints).
   
   If you don't hit it like you are trying to kill someone, its a fantastic workout and a great product.



2. I really like this bag. The base was easy to fill with water. I used a hose. My husband and I beat on this bag three times a week and it's holding up well.



3. Have it in my living room. Best thing ever! Great stress reliever at any given time. Blends right in. Heck, put a drape over it when entertaining if ya want.



4. I filled my Wavemaster with water which took several minutes. It weighs close to 270 lbs when filled with water.
   
   The red punching bag is adjustable for user heights. The consistency of the 'bag' is firm but not hard like conventional heavy bags. It is like a gigantic weeble toy, in that it rocks back as you punch it or kick it. After a workout, I find myself hitting it as it moves across the room and hitting it in the other direction to put it back into place.
   
   If you live in a multilevel dwelling, like an apartment or condo, I advised against it if you live above someone. I placed it in the basement.
   
   Moving it is quite cumbersome so once it is filled, you are better off keeping it in place or emptying it to transport it. I find it is easier to kick it to the appropriate location than actually take the effort to try to lift it. The other method of transport is to tilt it on the side and roll it along its base but be careful, since it can bounce back and hit you.
   
   The unit is quite durable and withstands punishment.
   
   I don't advise hitting it with bare hands, since you run the risk of injury. You will need either heavy bag gloves or speed bag gloves.

   Conventional boxing gloves are OK but being more of a practitioner of martial arts, I prefer lighter gloves, as above.
   
   The alternative would be the Slam Man which is an electronic version but is a lot more expensive.
   
   If you want a no frills punching bag, this is more than adequate.
   
   Highly recommend.
