1. Tried this out today in 3 rounds of sparring. It is excellent:
   
   - Snug fit
   - Very good padding
   - Good facebar fits just below my nose, and protects it
   - Very good visibility
   
   The thing it BIG. But money well spent, I would say.

1. These gloves are small and over padded-If you have smaller hands and don't hit hard they would be ok.



2. The all purpose gloves are good for just that... just general use. For something more appropriate for hard-core training, try the TKO Pro Style Training Gloves. TKO 501LPT-BW-16 Pro Style 16 oz. Training Gloves Black White I have used both, and they are both very good for their designed purposes.
