- I bought these and 2 pair of Russell at the same time to compare. I found the Russell preferable with just a little softer material and seam stitching as well as little bit loose fit in the seat. Russell also has a printed logo compared to the embroidered Champion (which feels like a small hard scab on the otherwise soft material). These were comfortable and fit well and they've worn well for the last 4 months. For me though, I like the Russell slightly more.
- Great shorts for exercising. Thick and long enough to keep from seeing up legs during exercise.
- High quality material in the shorts, the only complaint is about the scratchiness of the waistband material.
- I bought these for my husband for sleepware. He finds the material is too heavy and coarse. He, also, doesn't like the waiste band as the rubber lining rubs against his stomach. I don't plan to get him another pair.
- I bought for workouts and are flexible (elastic) and not fitted to body ... then I realized I had to have more. They are good for being at the gym, home, or even sleeping. The pockets are useful since they are at both sides and made of the same fabric. I had put a wider elastic waist but the one it comes with is fine. For my height, they are good since it goes down to the lower thigh. Colors are very decent. Now I have 4.

- I use these wraps for boxing, kickboxing, and an 'MMA on the Bags' class. I'm very happy with them. They're nice and thick (I'm not fond of those skinny, flimsy wraps) so I get great coverage and the thickness also gives extra support for my skinny wrists, and allows them to keep their shape. Because of their thickness, I can also use them as a knee or ankle support. I recommend these wraps to any boxer.
- these wraps are great. If you need longer wraps go for the Mexican style wraps. My hands are a bit smaller so it's fine for me. Definitely helps protect my hands when I hit the heavy bag. You definitely need wraps if you're going to do that.
- I bought these hand wraps for my son and he is very happy with them.
- As advertised -- get the length you need, 180" is for adult men (bigger even would be better for very large hands)
- Works fine, Good padding, Good length (Since I have smaller hands), Color is sexy, what else can I say? Its Everlast quality and I'm sure it'll last me quite a while :].

- this shoe has one of the best fits i have ever felt, like a sock. the grip is good but will wear away fast if you are climbing up walls.
- I love these shoes! They're soft and comfy and I wear them EVERYWHERE. I got them to do Tai Chi but found myself wearing them all around. They're snug to my feet but flexible and the sole are extra grippy.
- Only one problem. One shoe was missing an eyelet, but was not worth effort to have replaced.
- The product was in perfect condition and arrived a day or two earlier than expected. Great. No complaints.
- I bought them for parkour, and the grip is very good. But, these are not generally good for a lot of running since they have literally no support. I tried putting a support insole, but since the shoe is too low, and also i got a size bigger the insole pushed my foot out. I got size 44 because im 9.5, but it was a little big. I would have gotten a 43, but they didnt have it in stock. I tied the shoelaces tight and put a thin insole in, and it worked. So I would recommend it for parkour, but with an insole, and dont run or jog too much in these because you WILL DESTROY your ankles. Also, a little hard to get used to since it has a ball shaped outsole. But worth checking out since they are cheap. Be careful about the size though.

- Reading the description makes it very clear these are good gloves, however nowhere does it specify they are for a woman. It wasn't until i realized they also sell them in pink that they are girls gloves, and naturally did not fit when they arrived.
- I very seldomly purchase ANYTHING without first looking at reviews, and I do not understand why these got a bad rating. These gloves are a MUST HAVE if your in a rush and dont feel like wrapping your hands or tend to wrap too tight such as myself. I have always wrapped my hands and had my doubts about these gloves. I'm a VERY hard hitter and have busted knuckles even with gloves and hands wrapped. It got to the point where I had to take a hiatus from the heavy bag cause I was causing some pretty bad damage to my hands. When these first came in the mail, I knew for sure I was in for some trouble, they do not look like much, infact they almost look like they would guarantee a broken wrist, but these gloves have SAVED my hands. I would recommend to ANYONE. I spend anywhere from 12-13 hours a week on a bag and have yet to have a SINGLE problem with the gloves. The only thing I would suggest, and this goes with ANYTHING you buy on the internet, is you might want to go to a sports store and try on a pair to find out what size you need.
- I used it TWICE... and mean TWICE!!! And they fell apart. And I'm just a girl punching a bag. Do not buy these never had a pair of gloves fall apart on me that fast.
- I thought I had broken blood vessels in my knuckles from a simple boxing workout, by the way- I wore these under regular boxing gloves!! The dark red marks turned to bruising and lasted a little over a week. Just FYI, I am about 5'7" and 118 lbs., using them for a simple workout - not sparring or anything like that and they still didn't protect my hands. I returned them, hoping to get a refund & I ended up buying Harbinger brand at BIG 5 Sporting Goods store. Harbinger are more expensive (about $44, but I punch as hard as I want now, with full protection)! :) I don't know what anybody would use these for.
- I use these for my kickboxing class, and as an alternative to bare hands for martial arts training. My first pair was destroyed in less than a week. My sister doesn't hit quite as intensely as I do, and after a month, hers are still in great shape - no tears or wear showing at the seams. These are designed for women, but if you don't "hit like a girl", they're not for you.

- I bought these (from [...] because they were having a Mother's Day sale!) and matching wraps for myself earlier this month...I love them...as soon as they arrived I fell immediately in love...and our bond only grew deeper when I started boxing with them! I use these on an everlast bag, a few times a week...I bought the L/XL because I do have wider hands, with wraps and all they fit great and I couldn't be happier!!!
- GLOVES WERE BRAND NEW - THEY WERE WELL PACKAGED AND CAME ON TIME! GLOVES WORK GREAT - IF YOU HAVE A SMALL WOMAN'S HAND YOU SHOULD GET
8 OZ GLOVES 12 OZ FIT A LITTLE TOO BIG FOR ME BUT THEY DO THE JOB!
- I just received these gloves. They are way better than I thought. First, they are super comfortable. Second, they are size right. I have average hands and the 12oz fit perfectly. I am not wrapping my hands, but I believe if I do it, I will still have enough room for the wrap. Third, they don't feel heavy. When I put them on, I feel like a girl that can kick ass. They are very cute. They were delivered in only 2 days of purchase.
- These gloves are AWESOME!!!! They fit perfectly and everyone at my boxing gym loves them! Great product, fast shipping, awesome price!
- I bought this for my wife because her loved to box in the gym. She has about 10 ladies wearing them now in her gym classes.

- Handles being kicked very well, just be careful if you order the stand from amazon.
- I ordered this 4008 80lb. Everlast bag that suppose to have chains on it instead of stitched nylon straps. What I ordered and wanted is what shows in the picture but that's not what I got. The traditional Everlast logo is different and I got nylon straps instead of chains from the bag to the chain hanger that is included. I am not very happy with this bag because it's not what shows in the picture. If you are concerned about the Everlast traditional logo and chains for the bag then don't order this bag because you won't get those two things. Other then that the bag is O.K. I can return it but what a hassle it would be to return an 80lb. bag. Amazon shouldn't deceive customers with inaccurate pictures of the product or at least inform the customer if the product has changed or just put the correct picture up.
- So yes, I too got mine in a semi-destroyed box. It had a second immediately internal box though that was in perfect shape, so that was pretty cool. I don't recall how the chains came. I think they were already connected and ready to go.
The one problem I had chain-wise is the caribiners(sp?) are a little too small. I'm almost considering going out to a camping store and finding some heavy-duty ones. I'm sure weight-wise they're fine but they're just too small. It's hard to explain but when you look at it you'd know what I'm talking about.
Also I have a really nice heavy duty bag rack, and I need to get somemore support weight on the bottom. That 80 lbs swinging around needs more than 150lbs holding it down for sure. I'm probably going to double that.
I took out all of the extension chains which is really easy via like 3 caribiners(sp?) that are at all of the key points. So we just switched a few around and viola shortened it by about 7-8 inches, which was perfect height for my bag rack.
I read a lot of reviews saying the 'softness distribution' is all out of whack. The middle section is exactly the same softness as my 25lb'er (maybe slightly more firm), so I have nothing to judge that on but it's just -pefect- for me. The top section I would never hit because it jerks my rack around. The lower section well... let's just say that's for when your hands / legs get a little tougher. I punch/kick there a few times a day to soften it up, and to toughen myself up. I'm sure it'll be fine some day.
OH yea bottom line. You need to buy some serious, serious gloves for this thing. I suggest mid to high range gloves with some really good wrist wraps or your wrists are not going to be happy campers.
Also don't think like, you're going to be punching on this thing for a half hour straight even with gloves on for a few weeks. You need to be taking breaks like every 10 min even if you're scaling up from a lower bag. Heat + friction + moisture = not good for your knuckles. Since this thing is so heavy your knuckles are rubbing against it a lot more, so yea, take good breaks. Don't be like me. Try punching it for 10 min, kicking it for 5 min, or something.
Anyway I hope this helps. I think that's everything. I really enjoy this bag.
Talk to ya'll later!
- I got this bag for my birthday just about a week ago and it was everything that I expected. I'm newly in on the working out scene with the heavy bags, and it is definitely good enough for at least beginners. 20 minutes a day and you'll start feeling like Mike Tyson... Well maybe you'll feel like it, but don't try to act like it. Don't need anybody trying to eat anyone elses ears. But anyways, I love my heavy bag, and I would recommend it to anybody!
- These bags are common in gyms and karate dojos bu there is one important caution that you must remember. The ones in the gym are typically well broken in and a new one is not. There is a huge difference between you hitting the bag a lot to break it in and an entire gym of customers breaking it in. In otherwords, it is extemely hard to break a heavy bag in by your self, at home. The result is that you have greater risk of breaking your hands, wrist, or knuckles.
My advice is to remember at what point the bag is too hard and only hit above that point or on the edge. Kicks can be a bit more liberal as feet and shins are more durable then hands.
its a nice bag but keep this in mind. It will start out rock hard for the bottom half and that might never go away for you.

5 comments about Everlast Heavy Bag Hanger.
- After reading the reviews here I was a little skeptical, but being "handy", I thought I could make this unit work. I was right.
Aside from the items in the packaging I used these additional items: A roll of electrical tape, a carabiner, a utility knife, stud finder, socket set, drill.
My bag is a 100 lb Everlast.
I did it like this:
1. Use stud finder to locate a beam. Note: Stud finder kept going off when it touched my skin, but you may not have this problem.
2. Cut away small rectangle of drywall on ceiling the size of the device.
3. Use device to mark hole locations on beam, and pre-drill pilot holes into them to keep beam from splitting.
4. Per instructions, assemble two pieces of unit with center pin, leaving some play in the screw/bolt for movement.
5. Wrap horizontal screw in black electrical tape to keep bag chain from wearing out the screw. Put screw through assembly. Secure bolt.
6. Loop the carabiner through the top of the chain/strap that supports the bag. This allows for easy setup/tear down if needed.
7. Use a chair under your leg to balance the heavy bag on top of, clamp carabiner to horizontal screw.
DONE!
- I followed some of the tweaks that were suggested and it works well with no problems. Very easy to install.
- I gave this to my husband for christmas with a 100 pound heavy bag, He loved it and set it up in our basement on a support beam. I am sure that he used the bolts that came in the package because I do not remember him stating that he needed to run to the hardware store for anything at that point. It took both of us to get the bag up, him to hold it in place and me to put the cross-bolt in. He was able to get a few good hits in, but after a few minutes he came upstairs laughing about how strong he was and how we needed to head to the hardware store. I figured the inertia of that heavy of a bad had broken the beam, but apparently it had sheared off the bolts holding it into the beam. I just told him that I cut them slightly to make him feel more powerful when it came down. Fortunatly, he was not in the way of the bag swing when the bolts broke so he wasn't injured when it fell.
It's now been 6 months since the bag came down. We still haven't replaced the bolts, so I can't really go further into this review.
- I've had this heavy bag hanger for about a year now and it still up and sturdy just like day 1. I can hit the heavy bag pretty damn hard and this heavy bag hanger withstood all that swinging. The bag it self is an 80 pounder. Have no worries about this mount falling despite how hard you hit the bag. I recommend it as an advanced boxer! Read more reviews here on Amazon on how to properly install it.
- have it in my garage holding a 100 lb heavy bag. it was easy to install and holds very well. I would highly recommend.

5 comments about Everlast 4455-3 3-Pk. Hand Wraps.
- These handwraps are very short. 108" is not the ideal length and I was very unhappy to find this out. I would suggest a much longer handwrap. Especially if you're a beginner, like myself, you need much longer handwraps for the support because longer handwraps allow you to have cross-finger support as well as the much needed wrist support. DON'T BUY. GET LONGER HANDWRAPS!!
- These wraps are very durable. The velcro on them started falling off after using them for a while but other than that they feel and look great. I even wore them to school! They were a little short but not that big of a problem if you are just messing around with your friends. Like i said, great product. Thanks for your time.
- Great product. Small enough to fit into mma gloves and less material in your palm than the 180 inch wraps. This is naturally better for grappling. Obviously not meant for heavy bag use unless you also use your mma gloves too.
- This set contains three sets of 108" Everlast Hand Wraps in Red, Black, and White colors. I was concerned about the shorter length of these since I have large to X-large hands and need to have good wrapping to support my wrists. These were just the right the size, covering my wrists and knuckles with several layers. While others have noted that the 180" length wraps provide better protection, I find that is too much material to have under my light gloves for heavy bag work and light contact sparing.
The material is good quality and doesn't tend to bunch up on itself while wrapping. The built in "Thumb Loops" are very handy and does allow these wraps to be put on by yourself, which is a big plus, and the Velcro fastener is fairly long, providing a secure hold throughout a long workout.
Recommended, with the above length caveat.
CFH
- I have been boxing for about a year now, tried these wraps and they both tore apart after one sparring. I thought these would last much longer than one day, but after this I am down to two handwraps from the get go. So I am not sure how everybody else is holding up with their own but, all I know is I am staying away.

5 comments about Everlast Pro Style Training Gloves.
- The Everlast Pro Style Training Gloves are a decent pair of gloves to train on the heavy bags with. They are ok for sparring but I would prefer something with a little more padding. The only slight issue that I have with the gloves is that they are a tight fit with wraps on. I use the Evergel 120" speed wraps and it is a little hard to get the gloves on. I don't have big hands I have average sized hands. So if you have big hands I would try looking for a different pair. Overall, it is a good pair of gloves for hitting the heavy bag. I would just suggest to getting a thicker pair of gloves if you want to spar.
- We do a lot of sparring at the gym. Everlast is ususally a good bet. I have only heard of everlast boxing gloves falling apart too early maybe twice over the last 14 years. These are good gloves for sparing, etc. I still keep a pair in my bag but I made the switch to a higher priced glove a while back and haven't pulled these out of the bag since. I've gone through a few pairs of these gloves over the years and they are well worth the money. Once you go to a higher quality brand you probably won't go back to these, but they get the job done for a good price. I wouldn't recommend them for just hitting the bag because they're a bit hard and you risk damaging your wrist.
- I bought these gloves from MMA One Stop Shop and received a pair of gloves that did not match the photos above. There was no mesh ventilation. I already own these style gloves without the mesh and it is difficult to keep them from getting stinky, even when I clean them right after use with lysol.
- These are easy gloves. Used them the first day I got them to spar a bit. Comfy, nothing too over the top. simple. Great price. does what it needs to do!
- These gloves are comfiortable and quick dry, great for daily workouts.
Note the thumb is attached to teh fingers so picking up a water bottle to drink from during a workout is difficult.

- This tiny clock has shown how lacking in intensity my workouts had been. It took me about 20 minutes of fooling with the gymboss to figure out it's functionality but it's relatively easy to operate once you've got it. It clips tightly to your waist and the vibrate function allows you to set intervals and keep the pace and intensity levels you want and desire. After you've set this thing and clipped it, you're good to go. I put my ipod on and blast away several rounds of intense circuits with a simple vibration to keep me on track. I'm in love with the gymboss.
- I LOVE love love this timer. It is my second purchase I already own the pink (girly) one. You can set it up to 99 mins and 99 seconds and two different settings, you have a regular timer that acts as a stop watch or you can set it up as an interval timer. It's perfect for Tabata type exercise or interval training. You can set it for up to 99 cycles or of 2 different intervals up to 99mins and 99 seconds. I keep mine on 8 cycles of 10 and 20 seconds for Tabata type exercise.. I also set it up for running intervals 1:00 min walk and 3:00 min run the set it to count the number of cycles automatically.
The programing of it is kinda of complicated if my grandmother were using it. Kinda of like programing a VCR if you know what I mean? The directions are straight forward but if you are not familiar with digital type devices it can be complicated....The clip on the back of the device gives a quick reference guide to turning the device on and off as well as some basic functions.
The best thing about the device is that it takes AAA batteries. It kinda of looks like an old pager from the 1990's but slightly smaller. There are a total of 3 buttons used to set the timer.
- I've had mine for over 4 months now; As a personal trainer and as a martial artist I can tell you that I've used this thing allot and it works like a charm. Because of it's simple design and straight forward programing you will be using it in no time at all.
If you want an excellent way to really focus your workouts and track your progress an interval timer is KEY, GymBoss Makes the best one I've used so far and I've used several. 5 STARS!!!!!
- Now, I can focus on the workout and not the time. Gymboss tells you when to start and stop. Easy to use, just listen for the alarms. Fast shipping and great product.
- I saw this used on the BodyRock.tv website with Suzanna using it and this gets the job done when doing any workout implementing intervals.
