1. As a Martial Arts expert, and former instructor, this is a good, light-weight practice/training bo-staff. However; for actual stick fighting combat, I would recomend at least, a 1&1/4 inch circumference stick!



2. I'm a fan of this product. Mine has now been through over a month of use and still looks and feels brand new. This is excellent for solo practice and the finish gives it a comfortable feel, thumbs up for tiger-claw. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because with a five star product; I'd like to be able to use it for full contact sparring. The staff isn't thick enough for that, but with this price the quality is nonetheless hard to beat.



3. this product is cheaply made and hard to use. after only using this item for several minutes it broke after dropping from 2 1/2 feet in the air , which clearly shows this is made with cheap,weak wood and is poorly crafted. in my opinion this product is not a good selection and should not be bought under any circumstances

1. I was concerned that the description did not change whenever I selected the longer staff. I called the company and they said it is some sort of glitch. The staff I got varies from 7/8" to 1 1/4" diameter and 84" long. As with all natural products there are variations from one to another. Perfect for my intended purpose!



2. Its lightweight and flexible and excellent for training. Not excellent for sparring (or hitting random objects not meant to be hit)
   Mine's lasted months now; I use it often and it still looks and functions just as it did the day I bought it. Very satisfied with waxwood.

1. item shipped quickly and was in pristine condition when it arrived. good finish on the staff.



2. This is a very light bo, compared to the ash ones that I'd used before. It has a lot of *snap*, a lot of flex, and I like that. However, the finish was sort of rough. Once-in-a-while I got a splinter, until I'd used it for a while.



3. The product was shipped timely. The only negative thing I can say is that it didn't mention anything about a "tapered" end. When holding it you can feel that one end is heavier than the other, making it alittle difficult to swing around (it can just fly right outta reach). But, for me and how I use a bo/staff it adds challenge and depth (I double my weapon as an oversized-katana) to character of my weapon.
